My experience is clearly much better than some others or perhaps it's those with problems who are more likely to leave a review:- I ordered a new cooker door handle for my v old cooker and also emailed the company, Belling, at the same time 'just in case'. Within a day my order at spares 2 go showed 'on order from supplier', however a few days later I received an reply from Belling to say the part was obsolete. I emailed spares2go to let them know and to ask whether this meant that they couldn't get the part for me. Within 20 minutes I had a reply to say they had a pair of slightly different handles and they would be sending those, so that cooker and grill door handles matched, at no extra cost. They arrived today and although I need to use a washer, not supplied, with them they are otherwise perfect.

I was looking for some filters for a Kenwood kettle and found Spares2go the cheapest overall. The website did not say that they were out of stock but did promise delivery within 14-17 days. After 12 days I sent an e-mail asking about the order and received a response within hours saying that the goods were out of stock but were being obtained. On day 15 I received another e-mail confirming that the filters had now been shipped to me. They arrived on day 17 as promised. Spares2go had sourced the filters and delivered them within the time commitment.

Excellent service. Never thought I would find a replacement filter for a 20-year-old Aqua Vac but spares2go.co.uk found one and got it to me cheaply and fairly quickly. A rare find these days. Certainly use them again.

These guys have a lot of good stock but their customer service is poor. They have no phone number and do not cope well with problems. I orderred a replacement jug for a Delonghi which turned out to be the wrong one (my fault). It arrived no problem but when I tried to change it for the correct one they were pretty useless. However, they gave me a refund no problem. Eventually I got it off website called 4delonghi. They really need to get a phone installed - I hear it is very easy these days.

I found Spares2go very helpful, when I first emailed them they got back to me straight away with the information I'd asked for regarding the grill elements I needed. The elements had been discontinued for some time and seemed impossible to replace but Spares2go found it no problem. Although the Christmas period delayed my order slightly they dispatched them ASAP and they arrived the next day well packaged.I would recommend Spares2go anytime.

These people just want to get your money for any cost they sent a piece of punched out Iron scrap instead of a washer sealing for a steam cooker and there is no phone to contact and the email does not exist and when u send one u get failure to delivery message after a few seconds.... Why government dont trace these people. I am going to report them to watch dog programme and customer care services....

My experience with this company has been just fine. Having spent ages looking for a gasket for Pressure Cooker, Spares2go have given me excellent service. I received the right part, on an easy to find website. Email reminder on delivery and courteous follow-up. Now considering ordering another part (??obsolete) for my Food Processor. There appears to have been a lot of poor reviews for 'Spares2go' earlier this year. Complaints tend to arise from poor communication/misunderstandings/lack of respect/lack of patience. Advice - read the small print - it might take a while to come and yes they debit swiftly, but they are running a business not a charity! Be sure of what you are ordering, knowing that it could be the wrong piece! You are the one ordering it, they can;t read your mind! Thank you 'Spares2go'

Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this company. I purchased a kettle filter a month ago and have still not received it. When I purchased it, it was supposedly in Stock, but then it turned out it had to be ordered from manufacturer, and in the mean time no one bothered updating me.. I am a month into my order and still haven't received the part, however my money has been taken a month ago already. When I tried to contact customer support all they said is "please wait". When I asked until when I didn't even get a reply. What a horrible company.

I searched the internet for a spare part for my stean generator iron. This was the only site i could find it on. There was loads of trouble getting it from their supplier, but due to their persistance i have received the part and my iron is working. Thsnks spares2go

I have been looking for many years for a spin mat for my elderly but still very efficient spin dryer. Found my way to the Spares2Go site. A quick email to their Customer Services and theyreplied directing me to a suitable product. Very reasonable price incl P&P. Placed an order online. The company emailed me again when the product was despatched and it arrived the next day. Couldn't want for better service. I will certainly use this company again and would highly recommend it.

Searched for weeks on end to get a replacement filter basket for my Krups coffee machine, and despite not initially finding the part on their website, after a quick e-mail exchange with customer services they said they could get it. Although it took a number of weeks to obtain the part, this was fully explained in advance so had no problem with this whatsoever. The part fitted my machine perfectly, so was 100% as described and arrived very well-packed.

I needed some replacement antivibration mounts for a creda spin drier. The drier originally cost £90-ish and most domestic spares houses wanted upwards of £20 for one mount (spin drier requires 3). Spares2go.co.uk ordered me 3 for £17.10, delivered to my door in under a week. The drier is now back in service for a suitably small amount of cash. At upwards of £60 from other spares suppliers I would have probably ended up purchasing a completely new appliance.

Avoid this company if: A) You want to see your product. B) You want genuine products and not cheap rubbish from a manufacturer called Qualtex. C) You expect good customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Sent the wrong part to me,never replied to my e-mails until i mentioned consumer rights. Then sent me an e-mail telling me if the item was sent back in a fit state to resell,i.e unopened,i would be credited a refund ( subject to their dreaded terms and conditions ) Now,i had to open the packaging to try the part to realise it was the wrong type. Take away the post and packaging costs, part cost £10.00,not worth the hassle. I have since bought local for £3.00 more.Lesson taught, glad it was not a high value product. BEWARE!!

W.J LILLINGTON 25th May 2011. Goring on Thames I wish I had consulted the customer review page before ordering early in January 2011 a wall mounted charger for my Braun electric tooth brush. Firstly after 1 month the order had to be chased and then a charger was sent that was not suitable. This was returned in its original packing. Secondly since then in numerous e.mails and letters to the managing director I have tried to get a refund. Nearly 5 months on I am still awaiting and after seeing other peoples reviews I shall resort to using the legal route. I am also considering contacting the BBC's Consumer Watchdog programme, there is enough evidence of poor customer relations.

they wont talk to you after they get your cash .no parts sent no replies to emails no phone number they hide behind a company that will tell you "all we can do is pass on the message". now going to small claims to get our cash back 28 week wait for a bit of plastic is a joke and we will be claiming for the cost of product not the cost of the part.

Ordered a grill element for a cooker begining of December. No telephone numbers for company so checked by e mail in January, as estimated delivery time had long passed. Informed that they had contacted suppliers and goods would be delivered soon. There followed several more e mails which were ignored. Mid February asked for a refund, promised delivery following week. Needless to say nothing arrived!! Bought new cooker cancelled the order. It took a letter threatening legal action before I got a refund in April, 5 months after they took money for goods they could not supply. Did not comply with Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regs. Don't even think about using this company.

In spite of an initial mix-up which caused confusion the company kept working at it and supplied me exactly the right part at a very good price.
