I bought a part for my milk frother last June. I contacted spares to go when it failed (10 months later) and they sent me a new one quickly and efficiently with good communication. Thanks. I highly recommend 😊 Rob

I ordered a part for my blender in February. It is May and it still isn';t here. They sent some generic, computer generated :"apology" but made no effort to expedite the order. I would never shop with them again.

Money gone from my account! No goods! No communication! Payment has gone from my account using PayPal's "Pay after Delivery" but still waiting parts from Spares2Go No response to my email. The website advises that my order status is "Processing" which means: "We have now downloaded your order. Please check back later for a more up to date status." Its been like this for over 2 weeks? Added the day after the above was submitted: Today, Spares2go emailed me advising: "We have been assured by the manufacturer that a supply of these items is in transit to us.On receipt, we will of course despatch on to you immediately. (We try to make it as clear as possible on our website and I apologise if there is any misunderstanding, but it is stated (on more than one occasion during the enquiry/ordering process that this product is "Normally sent in 14-17 Working Days" Today is day 13.) So fair play to them, if we are counting weekdays, this is the 13th day since I placed my order. So Wed 3rd June is the 17th working day. I'll also assume that in "normally sent in 14-17 Working Days" "sent' means "dispatched" so we can add another 5 days. I'm cool with that because I chose the company for their low price and didn't expect next day delivery. So I look forward to my goods on or before Wed 10th May. Extract from PayPal about the "Pay after delivery" system: ------We just wanted to remind you that we'll be contacting your bank to collect the payment soon for the purchase you made from 2 Go Ltd on 9 Apr 2017. Your payment of £xxxGBP will be requested from your xxxx account on 23 Apr 2017. It will then take 3 working days for the payment to be debited from your xxxx account. The payment will show on your bank statement as a PayPal purchase. If we don't receive the money from your bank, we'll request the money from your backup funding source - xxx Most items are received within 14 days. If the item doesn't arrive or it's significantly not as described, you have 180 days from the date you placed the order to report a problem.-------- Note that PayPal request payment 14 days after placement of order NOT 14 working days!! So I'm prepared to amend my review if all goods are fit for purpose and arrive on or before 10th May. Had difficulty obtaining new Element for my Fan Oven. Their Customer Service people did not give up until they had tracked one down for me. Kept me informed of progress at all times.

My old moulinex electric knife blades were getting a bit blunt but after almost forty years of service I could not complain. I contacted spares to go and they actually sold spare blades for my old knife. I ordered them and received them very quickly. I will definitely order from this firm again.

I bough a miele extension rod after several emais showing models and pics detailing the one I needed. They confirmed they had the right one and after almost a month to deliver, a wrong one was sent. I took pics, sent several emails (they offered to send another one) I said I wasn't prepared to spend more and also as I was really upset because I needed it quite urgently so I asked to return and a full refund. I did not get any reply at all. I still have the wrong rod at home at NO Use and a waste of £ 11.18. I will never deal with them again. Ever!!

I recently ordered a new heating element for my cooker. The item which was competitively priced arrived within the timeframe given. I have now fitted the element and the cooker works perfectly. Thank you for your excellent service.

In this day and age when we all just chuck things out, this company offers a really refreshing option to recycle your old appliances which just need a new part. I had an old Moulinex food processor which worked perfectly apart from a broken lid. A new processor would have cost me upwards of £200, but I found Spares2go, ordered a new one for less than £25 and now it works perfectly. True, it was a bit of a long wait, but my patience was rewarded. I would happily recommend this company to anyone (as long as you're not in a hurry!)

Mother-in-Law's old Tricity Fanfare electric cooker had a faulty grill element plus a faulty dual circuit ring element. She is 81 years old and did not really want her cooker replaced. When I ordered the parts through Spares2go, I did not have high hopes that the parts for this cooker would be readily sourced. I knew that it was very likely that one or more of the parts would not be available off the shelf and that some time would need to pass before they became available. A couple of pleasant emailed inquiries during the 3-4 week period resulted in me being informed, updated and reassured by Spares2go that the parts were sourced and soon to be dispatched. Mother-in-Law is delighted to have her old cooker now fully functioning - thanks to the efforts by this company in sourcing the parts.

Although there was a delay in supplying this item due to it having to be ordered in, I was kept fully informed of the delay and received exactly the item I ordered. Extremely happy with the service I received.

I purchased a soap & rinse aid dispenser for my dishwasher. It arrived quickly but was faulty in that the rinse aid alert lamp switch didn't turn off when the reservoir was full. I called to request an advance replacement as I couldn't run the machine without this item fitted and I had junked the original. This was instantly agreed, arrived in a few days and worked fine. The people I spoke with at Spares to go were helpful, polite and efficient. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending this supplier. If you have an issue, discuss it with them, they sort it out double quick!

I bought a spare part for my coffee grinder, took it out of the plastic bag that it came in and compared it to the part on grinder. It was clear that it was not the same part in spite of being advertised as the right one for this model. Spares2go refused to refund the purchase price claiming that it had been "damaged" and was therefore unsalable. The "damage" was firstly said to be contamination, then "damage" to the metal and then "damage" to the plastic. Bottom line is that they never had any intention of refunding returns.

Fan element blew at 18:00 with dinner in oven. I ordered late Tuesday and the element was delivered Saturday a.m. post and fitted in an hour. So 3+ working days very good! Saved my bacon with the Monday being Bank Holiday! Did have to chase on Friday for a position, as the site tracking was not updated to show shipped, hence 4 stars.

I ordered a black trim liquidiser, but received a grey trim.Contacted the company and they told me the information of the website was incorrect and has now corrected this. It cost me £5.99 to return but they will not refund postage.Not my error but it has cost me £5.99 for nothing

Ordered a replacement freezer drawer for a Daewoo Appliance. Delivery terms stated 14-17 working days. Needed the freezer drawer within the week and the team didn't disappoint. They went over and above to ensure that I took delivery on time. Thankyou. Much appreciated guys!

I ordered a replacement thermostat for my fridge/freezer but proved to be the wrong one, so I sent it back. I sent photos of my old one and the new part was ordered. It did take a long time to arrive but they never gave up. I have just received my new part and it is working perfectly and much cheaper than anyone else. Thank you Spares2go.
