The sports bra I bought from them was of excellent quality. It also arrived quicker than they estimated and the packaging was small enough so that the postman could put it in our letterbox. Would definitely buy from them again.

I have previous to this occasion never had reason to fault sheactive (or soactive as it is now known) however having returned three items in October and having received an email acknowledgement that the items had been received at sheactive on 23rd October I am still awaiting a refund for one and replacements for the other two items. My online account now doesn't show previous orders from sheactive so I am unable to track progress online. I have telephoned on numerous occasions and have been unable to speak to 'the colleague' that deals with refunds (is there only one member of staff on the refund/returns team!) My email has gone unanswered with no acknowledgement or response issued. I am only leaving this review in the hope that someone in the customer services team gets the message and tries to address the complete lack of customer service. This one bad experience has sealed it for me...I will not order from them again.

Good range of women's sports gear. Like the fact it is exclusively for women. Not the cheapest but they often have special discounts. Good easy to use website. Will definitely use in the future.

Lots of choice, great fast delivery

I regularly buy my sports bras from She Active and they offer good value and rapid delivery. I made a mistake on the sizing on my last order but the lovely people in their customer services sorted it immediately and had a replacement sent out straight away.

The clothing range is extensive at she active; much wider than at most stores stocking wo sportswear. The prices are excellent too. Have been really happy with all of my purchases to date.

The service is fast the goods are well made. Wearing these garments gives me confidence. I then use all my attention to giving my best. Sheactive garments are brilliant.

I like the choice proposed even if sometimes there is not enough description given on the items. Sales are interesting although dometimes items come to miss at expedition time. Good customer service. The epedition costs are not too high for France which is really great.

I highly recommend this site, great value for money with great deals and products. Also, I like that the give you updates on your order and order is delivered fast. I would give it a 5 star if the shipping was free.
