Viewed the sports bra on several websites and soactive were one of the cheaper sites, fast delivery and previous reviews of the product were reliable, spot on.

My order was fulfilled quicker than expected. The quality of items was excellent and the packaging was very good. I would happily use this company again.

I have bought from them many times, as SheActive, and have always been happy with the service and extensive range of sports gear. Its easy to exchange things if need be and I get most of my training clothing from them. I see the new site has reviews which will make it even better, I like to know what others who have brought the time think before I buy.

Bought a product online, after payment went through I was emailed a few days later to be told that there was a mistake and that the product was in fact out of stock. I was then refunded using the wrong method.

Very disappointing, slow service with no communications

the whole ordering process was very easy and the attention to detail was reassuring with regards to delivery, security, etc. I ordered a pair of new balance trainers, the recommendation is to go up half a size, but these come up small so for training purposes I would go up a whole size. the packaging was perfectly intact and contained simple,one piece paper for confirmation details, return or exchange. no problems so would use again.

Ordered on 7 November but not dispatched until 14 November. I had to chase three times by email and telephone and the emailed response was "it appears there was a technical delay between the payment and notifying the dispatch department/ warehouse". Very poor, may prevent me from shopping with you again in the future. Prompt delivery and and customer service are essential with so many digital sellers.

You should try SoActive, I found it fast, efficient and economical , with colourful pictures to give you a clear idea of your possible purchase.

Although website has changed, I'm not particularly impressed with the search facility when I searched "yoga" I was told no results, although managed to locate lots of items after quite some time. Fast delivery though

Love the new SoActive. Have used them in the past and always been delighted, but, now they are doing free postage and packing and free returns, it makes the experience even better. Highly reccomended.
