Placed my order 29/12/2014 and I have yet to receive it. They take days to reply to my emails and then I am told I have to wait 20 days to see if Royal Mail will send the parcel back to them before I can have any sort of refund. I want the goods however I don't see why I should be out of pocket all that time either. Very diappointed.

I have ordered from Soactive and previously Sheactive many times and never been disappointed with the service. Quick delivery and good quality products. The only thing I have been disappointed with is missing deals where I have placed an order prior to noticing I had a promotional code in my e-mails or like on this occasion a few days before an extra 10 percent is given off the sale price I paid. But hey ho, I now have what I wanted at a price thatI felt was reasonable anyway.
