I haven't used this site for a while but needed some sports wear again and the prices are usually very competitive. Loving the new free delivery options, it's something that always makes me choose one site over another (obviously taking the price into consideration). The shorts I bought are by far the cheapest price I could find them anywhere so the whole thing has worked out as a bargain. I will definitely be back, so many items at great prices and usually better sizing availability then elsewhere. The shorts I bought fitted perfectly and wear exactly as described. What more can you ask!?!

I bought a training top and trousers for a birthday present for my sister. After searching everywhere I finally found the perfect set! The hypercool range from nike in black and pink. I bought the top and trousers and even paid for the express postage. A couple of days later I received an email to say there was a technical error that allowed me to buy a product that's out of stock, the top. They asked me of I wanted a refund or exchange. I asked if they had it in blk and had no response. So I looked on the website and they didn't have the right size in the blk top. So I emailed to ask for a refund. That was on Monday it's now Friday and still no one has replied! I now also need to return the trousers because I don't have a matching top! I didn't ask for them to send the trousers but they did. So now I'm paying for 2 lots of postage for their error. I've had to buy my sister something different and it was her birthday yesterday! Just as well I had more money to buy something else or I'd of been stuck! Be aware when using this website. I won't be shopping on here again.

Had a really good experience buying some winter running gear. They have all the big brands, and had some great sale deals - much cheaper than I found on other sites. The delivery was free and was dispatched the next day. I was kept up to date on the status of my order via email all the time. Would definitely recommend SoActive and I'll be planning to use them in future.

Bit slow on the delivery part but all in all really good and cheap. I ordered the same thing twice by mistake - called and got through right away. Very nice customer service. They cancelled one of them and refunded me. Really good!
