I ordered 2 pairs of running leggings, I got the order confirmation etc. when my parcel arrived only one pair of the leggings were delivered, someone had scribbled in pen on the dispatch note 'not sent' on the item which I did not receive. No explanation or apology or even if I was going to be sent a replacement pair! I still have heard nothing even though I emailed customer services! Also the 2 pairs of leggings I purchased were under a £15 off offer if you spent over £40, so I'm assuming I will get charged full price for the leggings i recwived which is wrong! Not very happy!

The sports bra I ordered was described as able to have the option of a crossover back so that it could be warn with racer back tops. However when it arrived I tried to adjust the straps to cross over and even on there longest extension there was no way they were going to reach once it was on. The bra was almost up round my neck! It's totally fine in normal strap mode, but shouldn't really be sold as a multiway. Service from SoActive otherwise was great. Easy to use and nice quick delivery.

I think there is a great selection of sports apparel on the website, at great prices. The one improvement I would like to see would be to have free returns for postage, I definitely would be more inclined to order more and probably keep more if this was the case.

SoActive is great for variety and customer service and means you don't have to go through so many websites looking for a deal. There is always a good deal on good quality goods and the service is excellent. I have never had a problem with delivery or returns. A great shopping experience!
