Found Shoes.co.uk were selling the shoes I was looking for in the right size and at good price - so although I'd never used them before decided to give them a go. I was very impressed with the quick and easy checkout process using PayPal: No need to fill out most of my details to complete the order. They also kept me properly informed about the order status and despatch. The shoes ordered lived up to expectations and were despatched fairly quickly - so overall a good buying experience. As I say, it's my 'sole' experience of buying from this store to date. And I had no need to use the returns process, so I cannot comment on that. Looking at their website subsequently, I do think that the range of brands and shoes on offer does not appear to be as extensive as some other online stores - but if they had what I was looking for at the right price I would have no hesitation using them again.

Ordered a pair of lelli kelly school shoes for my daughter. There was a slight mix up with the delivery which was partly my fault but everyone I spoke to over the phone were fantastic in the end they sent out another pair next day delivery free of charge to the correct address. Can't fault the service and everyone makes the odd mistake from time to time. Shoes are lovely and best price around. Thanks

I took my daughter in to a shoe shop unfortunately they did not have any shoes in her size suitable, I searched the internet to find the shoes that my daughter wanted and ordered them in the size the shop had advised me. however on receipt they were too wide. I contacted shoes.co.uk and explained, myself and the customer services decided that maybe we could go up to the next shoe size but order the standard width, I received these shoes the next day and sent returned the unwanted shoes. my daughter is happy she has got the shoes she has always wanted.

Shoes was really nice and my daughter really loves it specially her make up kit. Can't wait to wear it on her firstday of school. Will definitely recommend this product

I ordered some shoes on 26th August, and got an email to say they were on their way on 29th August, but the email gave the wrong tracking details! Got another email on 1st September, and they finally arrived on 3rd September. A bit inefficient!

I bought shoes that subsequently developed a defect. Shoes.co.uk investigated the matter and subsequently provided me with a credit. The replacement shoes were delivered speedily, as were the originals. I will be back for more.

I ordered boat shoes for a birthday present. I made a mistake intiially with the order and emailed them-they got straight back to me. The shoes arrived quicker than expected. Postage was free and I was really happy with the service and price. I would re commend the website based on this experience.
