I could only find these boots on your website - and couldn't choose between the two so ordered both. Unfortunately, they're just wrong for me, probably best for someone smaller and thinner. My 4-star rating is because so far incomplete data, I've just sent back both pairs - with free postage: excellent! Very happy to update and award five stars once I've been reimbursed!

Great shoes comfortable and a quick service

Both of the products listed that I selected and "bought" where not really available and I was only told a few days later. Then in trying to see if there are any shoes actually available through email with the customer support, I am still waiting for a reply over a week later.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes but one out of stock due to website error. Lee kept me informed of the situation & happy with my Purchase.

Ordered lelli Kelly wellies for my niece. They arrived poor quality, labels partially missing, material cut could have been better. The mother thought they were fakes, due to such poor quality. Sent them back last week. Still waiting for a replacement. They were meant to be a gift. Very dissapointed.

I received the shoes some 48 hrs after the order was placed, in secure packaging which was in the same state that it had been presented to Royal Mail. This is a very reliable company with the equally reliable Royal Mail to provide this service. I would recommend them to anyone. Paddlers are a very reliable shoe maker so I feel that I am in a win win situation.

From navigating the website to ordering and receiving my daughters shoes everything went smoothly. The shoes came quickly and were perfect.

3 stars rather than 2 as they emailed quickly offering alternative but that too was not available. The available sizes on the site don't reflect the actual stock situation. Got a refund and purchased same shoe elsewhere that day.
