Requested size 6 shoes EE fitting. What arrived was a supposed EE fitting but a 39 size. On Padders site 6-6and half size shoe is a 40. Consequently too small. Why no EEE sizing? Will be returning shoes. Also -not everyone has access to a printer therefore I can't print the returns labels- why not either attach to the invoice form or place on back of that form?

Truly believe if I had a. problem with fit etc. it would have been dealt with efficiently. Felt safe dealing with this company.

The goods came, and were as advertised. They also arrived quite quickly. I didn't get an email confirmation until the shoes were despatched, which was odd - most online shopping you get a "your order..." confirmation almost immediately. Some online shopping sites allow you to check where your goods have got to and update the expected delivery time, allow you to configure this to suit your plans - none of this was available via Shoes.co,uk.
