This was my second visit to the "shoes" website.On my first visit everything went very smoothly.However the next visit was a very different story. I tried three times to purchase some sandals and each time I got to payment every thing went haywire and I had to start again.Eventually after a few more attempts I emailed the company and I had to do the transaction by phone.This was completely successful and I am very pleased with my purchase but the experience has been a bit offputting.

I thought the company were very good and professional even when I called them up just to check if they were a legitimate concern. I received my shoes in pristine condition and would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is in the market for a pair of good quality shoes. The company stock all of the top brands and are keenly priced. I have saved their contact details to my favourites and shall be visiting them again soon because, I now trust that they're a bonafide organisation that are very reasonably priced, i.e. much cheaper than your high street and on top of the great service I received from them, they also gave me a 5%discount. Not bad at all. That is how you interpret great customer service.

Padders Refresh shoes were received quickly and they are good value for money. They were found to be comfortable and they are an attractive and quality item of footwear.

Just be careful with the free hair colour straightens as they don't come out of your child hair I have washed my daughters hair now 3 times and can still see it. Great fast delivery would recommend

I was particularly pleased with the free returns on orders over £35 so was able to order my shoes in two colours, knowing I could send one pair back without incurring extra charges. The main thing I was impressed with apart from the quality of the shoes, was the delivery time fantastic, usually items from UK take about 10-14 days but I got my shoes very quickly which was a pleasant surprise. The shoe fits perfectly and as I have had these similar before was the reason I ordered them again.

There's not much I can add to the title. I ordered some shoes from Shoes.co.uk last year and the order was easy to place, handled efficiently and dispatched as quickly as one might wish for.
