They dispatched the shoes 6 days ago and they still haven't arrived. The only communication I get is them asking for this review, so here it is. These products are widely available from many retailers. This website is not cheaper than others and their delivery is much, much slower. I cannot think of any reason to use them again.

i wanted padders shoes, having bought several pairs over the years, and shoes.co.uk had them at a very good price, delivery was prompt, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Placed an order on Friday 19 June and received confirmation but no notification of despatch. Had to email a couple of days ago for an update. Am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered ...

I have very wide feet, and my eye was caught by some Padders extra wide shoes, a make I had not tried. They arrived in good time, but my reaction when I opened the box was "but these aren't wide-fitting", as they looked slim. However, when I tried them on, I found they fitted well, and are comfortable, so as well as being wide, and good quality, they look much smarter than most of my shoes. I also bought some sandals which I am pleased with.

I placed my order on the phone and the whole process was very good. I really liked the fact that returns were free and so was postage if you spent over a certain amount. I wiuld yse this company again.

Found a lovely pair of sandals in a local shop, searched online for the best deal and Shoes.co.uk were 22% less. Bargain! Delivered quickly.

I made a large order of 4 pairs of shoes from Shoe.co.uk and then kind of forgot about it. The delivery information they had on me made the shipment undeliverable, and when I finally did decide to look into the missing order I had been expecting, it turned out it had been turned back, and was considered a lost order. Shoe.co.uk DID have my email address, they COULD have contacted me and gotten better delivery instructions, so they're not perfect, but when I contacted them, they agreed to a full refund including shipping immediately, and I had the money back on my card in a couple of days. I can and will use them again, and pay more attention to tracking future orders they send me. Live and learn they say. Time marches on.

The shoes arrived very quickly and I searched the internet for hours to find the best price and this site were the cheapest. I will be using them again in the future.

I was very excited when I saw this site. They have very nice shoes but as happens often when we shop on line I first ordered three of the same pair- 2 different sizes so I can get it right and one different colour to see what suits me best. They say you can return two pairs at a time for free but what they don't say is you can't return shoes at all unless you are able to print their forms from their website. it took me a few days to arrange this as I don't have a printer at home- then sent in the shoes back within the two week period they say they give for returns. To date I have not received my refund although it has been two months. No communications either. No-one has returned my call when I left a message. very disappointed and out of pocket. I checked my dates and realised I had exaggerated a little about the time (though not as much as you say) but why should you have to beg for a returns form from an online shoes retailer? shouldn't that be automatic? And why did you have to post that you had refunded me two hours before doing so? is getting good reviews more important than pleasing customers? I'm now wondering how long it would have taken to get my refund if I hadn't written a review. Did you even bother to check if I had left messages? Thank you for the refund.
