Having trawled through numerous sites and various shops, I was pleasantly surprised to find this pair of Chatham Commodores at a discounted price. The shoes are as described, brand new and I am looking forward to putting them to use this summer in Greece!

I ordered a pair of shoes a week ago and other than an order confirmation I have heard nothing. I have emailed and left a voicemail message, neither of which have been replied to. The money has been credited to my card but there is no sign of the goods. Not happy!

Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Saturday, and saved almost £30.

The product is excellent. Very poor on Delivery it said 3 days and it took 7, l received no tracking details at all only that it had been despatched. When the parcel arrived it had written on it Tracked?????. Very disappointed with this side of your service.

Ordering, delivery and service was good, but was most disappointed with the quality of shoes. These are marked Padders brand but fall short of the quality I have experienced in the past from Padders. Just not suitable , have returned today, 16/02/2015.

Could not fault in any way the service I received. The shoes fitted as advertised and expected. The only down side was that the shoes had just about the hardest internal sole I have experienced (I already own a pair of Padders but these felt entirely different) and by the end of the first night wearing them I was hobbling.

The service I received was great. The boots were sent In reasonable time and the quality was very good. Unfortunately, for me the fit was poor. Although they were an extra wide fit, they were still too narrow in width and too long in length. I was disappointed and had to return them.

I bought Padders black Indigo boots which were 1/2 the price elsewhere. Delivery was quick and all communications with the company were smooth and problem free.

I ordered some shoes just prior to going on holiday. They speeded up delivery to make sure I got them. Then I decided I wanted an additional pair in a different colour. These were not on the web but they phoned the manufacturer and again got them to me before I went away. How I wish that other companies were so obliging and so efficient

Ordered some Lelli Kellys for my daughter, however the beaded bow detail came off one of the boots on only the second day. Had no problems speaking to an actual human being & was offered an exchange or refund. There wasn't any others we wanted so I sent them back & within a few days the money was back in my account. I was pleased with how easy it was and I would definitely use this site again as I appreciate that this was an issue from the manufacturer, not the seller.
