I want to say thank you to Shoes.co.uk as you made my partner very happy and I and she will definitely be using you again. I originally ordered the sandals from Debenhams for my partners birthday only for the sandals never to arrive, after several phone calls I got my money refunded back and yet this was around 20 days later. I found your website and you had the right sandals and the size and hey presto they arrived two days later. This meant I had got a very happy partner who had been really wanting these sandals.

Great device and the web site was very easy to use.

I received an email asking to rate my recent purchase however I can't rate it because I have not received them. My order was placed 11 days ago.

Lovely comfy shoes, sadly had to return as the did not fit. However have since purchased another pair of Padders.

I have just received an email requesting a review on the service I have received. I placed the order last Monday and no sign of delivery as yet! I spoke to a member of staff regarding the status of my order on Friday who assured me the shoes had been dispatched on Wednesday! Tuesday today & no shoes! In today's world of online shopping (9 days so far) this service only deserves 1 star! Actually on reflection no stars! Probably my worst experience of online shopping!

Order was meant to take up to 3 working days. It's been a week. Item was ordered as in stock, but the last I heard it was coming from Holland, they're just not sure when.

Had the shoes that I could not get from anyone else in the country, dispatched and here in 2 days! Excellent service, well done and thank you

Returns slips sent out with goods would help customers without printers. I may not order again because of this !!! I don't own a printer !!!

Ordered item, money debited account and then get an email to say out of stock. Then takes a further 5 days to get my money back. Sick of these dodgy companies that take their customers for granted. As I told the customer service people I will be recommending to my family and friends for them not to use this company.

These shoes are a good fit and extremely comfortable, and at a better price than anywhere else online. I would highly recommend this company.

Having orders a pair of shoes for a wedding on Sunday, I paid for Next Day delivery £3.50 (expecting them for Tuesday). The shoes were showing in stock so I was confident they would arrive. Having emailed the company twice to request a tracking number, I received no reply so I called the company and spoke to someone in customer services. I was advised that the shoes have been dispatched from the supplier instead (initially being told the courier was Royal Mail, then Interlink Express) and that delivery would definitely be on Tuesday. I still did not receive a tracking number, for reasons they told me which I didn't believe (putting the ownness on the supplier). By late afternoon, nothing had arrived so I made another call which I was then told delivery would be between 5-6PM - still nothing turned up! I had someone waiting at my delivery address for something that would never turn up. Even worse, I had no other option than to go out shopping on the high street to buy another pair. The shoes then turned up today (Wednesday - too late for the wedding) with a DPD label stuck on the parcel - so now another courier that initially advised. Having checked that label, it is dates the 14th (Tuesday), so was only dispatched on the day I was being told I would receive it - complete and utter FALSE INFORMATION, hence why they never sent me tracking information. The only reason why it gets 1 more star than the worst rating is that I was refunded for my delivery cost (as expected) plus a further discount to retain the order.

Purchased an in stock item, paid for the goods and awaited further contact advising on delivery, no communication for one week so chased up only to be told that the item was out of stock and that I had sliped through the system. I then choese an alternative shoe that was again in stock on their web-site only to be told that these shoes may not be available and that they would need confirmation from the manufacturer. Still on-going albeit they have offered a 15% discount or refund. My gripe was the "in stock" statement and the take your money but no feedback attitude. Other than this.... Great service!

Quality shoes at a decent price

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my mum, who is 94 years young! After unsuccessfully trying locally and a bit further, I found your website and exactly what she wanted, delivered within days. Great stuff!
