The online ordering process was easy with confirmation of the order and instructions for tracking emailed immediately. The parcel arrived within its hour time slot. I am very happy with my purchase, the shoes were exactly as shown online and were beautifully packed. Would use the company again.

Ordered and paid before next day delivery cut off to be told 7 hours later there had been an error with my order and that the item was now out of stock. Yet, that night the item was still available on the Internet in the size I had ordered. Terrible service.

I phoned Shoes as their site indicated they had stock of some Chatham shoes I wanted. I asked the young lady to check their stock to make sure the 'on line' stock level was the the 'actual' stock level. I was told that yes they were in stock so I gave my payment details and looked forward to receiving the shoes. I then received an email a couple of days later to say unfortunately the shoes were 'out of stock'. Now waiting for a refund.

Ordered shoes, made error in sizing! Problem sorted, promptly by most helpful assistant. All good.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and paid £5.95 for an express delivery. I received an email from the seller confirming the delivery this morning Thursday 6 Aug. However I have also received an email from the delivering party who has advised me that the goods have not been received as yet so they can't deliver. In my account option 'track your order' it states - item despatched but clearly it has not been. Confused ? I am !!
