I had a Very helpful and patient travel consultant, Harris. Listened to my needs and obtained a cruise that should suit both me and my son, 25. Really pleased to have flights included which saves me trying to find myself. Very responsive to emails and maintained good contact while I was deciding what was best option for me.

Belinda listened to what we wanted from our cruise and spent a lot of time and effort on talking it through and planning it thoroughly. It was much appreciated and I have to say we have used Scotland's Cruise Centre several times and we would not hesitate to use their services again.

Asked Nicky for a quote which he promptly gave. Never felt under pressure to book. When we did phone back to book Nicky was very helpful and took us through the process quickly

Excellent service from Debbie South today. I have booked a fantastic trip to Canada including the Rocky Mountaineer and Alaskan cruise. Debnie added extra days on for us and recommended trips which we might be interested in. She got back to me promptly and was very professional. She certainly seems to know her stuff ,Cannot wait!!

Just booked a cruise for Dec 2025 and Shona was great made things so easy, would defiantly recommend Scotland Cruise Centre for any cruise bookings.

Speaking with the tour operator who was polite. The experience was much better than a contact centre as I could understand the language and not broken English and couldn't do enough to help. Well done. .

We have just booked our first river cruise with Carmel Nocera who provided a fantastic customer service. She was very helpful and efficient and made the whole process a pleasure. We can strongly recommend booking with Carmel and the SCC.
