Fantastic customer service. Agent made the whole process very easy and nothing was of any trouble to her. Very friendly during the calls and very informative about the trip from flights, transferring from the airport to hotel, the cruise ship and facilities on board. Agent was highly knowledgeable and covered all requests with ease and found the most perfect holiday very quickly. Could not have done it without her.
