Scotland's Cruise Centre cruise expert, Debbie South, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She had exceptional knowledge of the cruises and applied that knowledge to our requirements, answering all our questions and drawing on her own personal experience to provide us with options that would suit our needs. I would not hesitate to deal with Scotland's Cruise Centre again. As for the cruise itself, that remains to be seen in May 2025.

I have booked so many holidays with your company that I am not sure which one this relates too! We always book with Michelle O'Ryan and, fingers crossed, we have always had a fabulous trip. My one criticism is of the trip to Japan and China. This is due to not being given enough information regarding the Chinese visa situation. Thankfully the information required was issued however I think sales staff should have more knowledge of countries that require visas prior to selling.

The knowledge of the cruise was excellent and information about where rooms location in every detail. Also returned calls promptly and efficiently.

Sharon had kept a lookout for cancellation opportunity for an Azamara Med cruise which had been fully booked. Unfortunately the few flight options were too expensive for me to afford, but at least she took the trouble to try!

The time and the patience that Stella gave my phone enquiry gave me the confidence to book a 2025 cruise there and then. I had many questions and I'm sure I had many repetitions for previous queries that meant her clicking backwards and forwards on her computer on many occasions.
