This is the 5th cruise we have booked with Scotland's Cruise Centre. We have always had a great experience booking our holidays. Our cruise expert Stacey booked our last cruise & was extremely helpful booking our next cruise, providing honest advice and getting a great deal for us.

The agent, Ray, was very pleasant, helpful and took care to ensure that he had my requirements and booking details correct. He gave practical suggestions for products that he could not supply. My deposit receipt arrived by email within minutes and even my travel documents from TUI arrived the next day.

Very easy to communicate with, Naomi was very helpful over a period of time and organised the cruise relevant to the dates I provided and arranged the best deal. I would recommend using Scotland's Cruise centre as it takes out the time searching yourself and the deals are the best compared to others online. It’s so easy booking through SCC, the staff are so good at ensuring they provide what you want. They listen and offer advice and take you through the booking process. Also if they need to call back, they do. We have used them a few times now and look forward to using them again.

I have booked with them many times now, I can honestly say they are the best at putting everything together at a fantastic price. There customer service is brilliant before and after a holiday.
