From the first contact I had with Harris Brown he was so helpful and guided us through to booking our first cruises. Given that we had never done this before he was the perfect person to explain and answer all our questions. If we go for a second cruise I hope that Harris still works there as I know I will get the best service and advise from him.

Our cruise was very well organised by Scotland’s Cruise Centre (SCC). We had to cut short our cruise because of illness. SCC were so helpful, sourcing on- shore accommodation and organising flights home. Steph Mundy in particular provided outstanding support - keeping in contact with us every day until we got home. We will be using SCC again, no hesitation.

Alana McEwan was our Cruise specialist, and from the outset she was friendly, patient & super helpful, & extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble & she always called us back when she said she would . Throughout the process Alana gave us lots fantastic guidance and advice, helping us choose the right Cruise Itinerary and Cruise company for us. She even helped us find the perfect hotels in Tokyo & Singapore & all at a fantastic competitive price (within our planned budget) Previously, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change our previous Cruise plans, Alana was amazingly understanding and supportive , she patiently explained our options and gave us time to make an informed decision , & after we had decided Alana care took everything. We cant thank her enough for making a stressful time much easier with her lovely manner and above and beyond service.

Shona Pritchard the cruise consultant was very informative polite and helpful, she tailored the cruise and flights to suit our needs which we much appreciated

I booked a stay/cruise to Seattle and Alaska and dealt with Stella who was extremely helpful with everything I asked of her. Very friendly and efficient. Gave me lots of info and called me back when she said she would. Even gave me tips on places to visit on another upcoming trip I have. 5 stars to Stella 😊

Travel adviser Mark couldn't have been more helpful. I initially called to query whether transfers were included in a fly cruise that I wanted and after chatting to him, he got me all the details I needed to go ahead and book for next year. Once again, very happy with the service, friendly knowledgeable staff and price from Scotland's Cruise Centre. I've booked with them before and will do again.

Great company to deal with. I’ve booked a lot of cruises with them. They always try their best to get you the best deal. Cruises with hotel stays, have always had excellent handy hotels. I booked a cruise this morning from Shona Pritchard - she was very helpful and friendly. She efficiently dealt with my booking and clearly stated the booking terms and payment dates etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are ATOL protected for greater peace of mind.
