There are several ready to assemble cabinet companies on line. I hooked up with this one by accident. Glad I did. Be sure you search RTAWOODCABINETS.COM Customer service was outstanding! Phil W. was extraordinary. Our installation was complicated yet Phil helped us from beginning to end...even after the bill was paid. He provided design suggestions and installation help when needed. Hinges, knobs and color were all areas he helped us with. Emails were promptly answered and phone calls were always helpful. He held our hands through the entire process, often calling to check on our progress. (I guess we were a tiny bit needy!) When needed he sent us very helpful "how to" videos that the company provided. The kitchen cabinets we chose were lower priced than other ready to assemble brands that we considered. So initially we were concerned. But our carpenter was very pleased with the quality of wood and hardware and he will definately use again. I have recommended to my friends. Renovation is hard but great customer service makes it worthwhile. My bathroom is next! Thanks Phil
I am no contractor just a regular do it yourself kind of guy and had a friend help me ... to about a week to prep the kitchen as far as taking down old cabinets and putting together the new ones painting and fixing the ceiling and then putting up the cabinets... the wood was pretty easy to work with and the online instructions are OK nOT GREAT and the wood is ok even if it is Chinese plywood and came out quite well... I would definitely use this company again and PHIL should be leading it. Very responsive to you and does a great job explaining it .... thanks again PHIL for all your great help and work...

Cabinets are amazing quality and beautiful. Furthermore, they are a fraction of the cost you can purchase a comparable cabinet in a store. It's a no brainer--higher quality cabinets for less money--you would be crazy not to purchase your cabinets here. Additionally, the customer service was fantastic! Phil was our customer contact, and he definitely deserves a raise because he is quick with reply and exceptionally helpful. RTA wood cabinets went above and beyond in relation to customer service. They got back to me immediately upon faxing my floor plans. Returned all emails even while Phil was on vacation he returned and answered my questions. Walked me through the process made sure everything looked and fit well. My kitchen turned out wonderful, I am very pleased thank you

These are great quality cabinets. They might not have all the crazy features that some other companies make, but they have all the basic stuff and the price was half of what I was quoted at Home Depot and at some other local boutique store. The service provided by Phil Wulliger was excellent- he responded to all my questions very timely, most of the time within few minutes of receiving my email. I would strongly recommend this company and I would use them again myself if we moved to a different house.
I was a little hesitant at first to buy cabinets online. Our rep was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process. We sent in the measurements and received the design the same day. Watching assembly videos on the site really helped and with two people you can build cabinets for an average sized kitchen in a weekend. Thank you for your help in making our dream kitchen come true!
Dealing with RTA Wood Cabinets was extraordinarily easy! I just e-mailed Phil a list of the cabinets that I needed and they appeared at my door in less than 10 days! He suggested that I ordered the repair kit which came in handy for the little dings that occurred during installation. I highly recommend working with RTA, especially Phil. He answered all my phone calls and e-mails promptly and quickly replaced one of the molding pieces that came a little off color from the cabinet manufacturer. I am very satisfied with the service that I received and RTA's price beat all the competitors in my area.
Im a high end interior designer doing my first flip, and RTA has the best customer service!....they've been very patient and helpful in helping us design our cabinets, Phil was especially a star..always responsive, quick, accessible...and tolerant with all my many questions. A friend referred me to rtawoodcabinets.com All I did was fax them my measurements and I received a beautiful 3D design about 2 hours later. My designer (Phil) was great to work with, gave me all the time I needed and made all the changes I asked for, I went with the Essex White shaker for the kitchen and Norwich Grey shaker for the island, It was delivered 10 days later and it came out stunning, quality seem to be very good and it was $3000 less than my local kitchen place. The downside was that I ordered them unassembled and my friend cancelled on me to help so it took more time than I planned for it, should have paid a little more to get them assembled. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
