Remodeled my kitchen for the second time in four years. My wife was surfing the web when she came across RTA cabinets. I ordered bottom cabinets. Delivery time was good. Customer service is GREAT and the quality is that of higher priced cabinets. I would recommend RTA to anyone. Keep up the good work RTA y’all are rocking it!

The service from RTA and their Customer Service people was excellent and VERY helpful. Questions we answered promptly and accurately. The shipping company was difficult to deal with and communication with trucking was sparse, making delivery arrangements unreliable & difficult to coordinate.
They were very responsive to a few issues that came up; they fixed them right away.
I ordered the wrong cabinets and it was a costly mistake, but they were good to work with.
We are pleased with the new cabinets. they were easy to assemble and install. Zack did a great job of making sure we got exactly what we ordered and he was very helpful and timely with any questions we had. Zack went above and beyond trying to get us an additional cabinet that we missed ordering on our original order. Due to the weight of the cabinet CNC Cabinetry only wanted to ship it via a regular shipper on a pallet. This raised the $182 cabinet to over $500. We elected to go another route to obtain a cabinet. Zack tried very hard to get the cabinet for us at a lower cost but wasn't able; not his fault.

We purchased the Luxor white cabinets for our kitchen remodel. When they arrived half of the cabinets we ordered were completely broken. We let the company know right away. Phil provided excellent customer service and shipped out replacement cabinets for us right away. So 5 stars for customer service. As we put our cabinets together however we were very disappointed with the quality of the cabinets themselves. We ended up having to undo and redrill many of the metal clips since they didn’t line up right. We also had screws randomly break. And some of the cabinets were not square from warping. Now that they’re all assembled and installed the cabinets look good. But I definitely would not purchase again or recommend the Luxor cabinets.
Terrible customer service. They told me my order would ship out in a week. 3 weeks later i am still waiting!!!!!! They keep making up excuses and insinuate i am in the wrong. I called them with my contractor prior to ordering to ask what the shipping time was and ordered after they told me 1 week. 2 weeks later thy told me their supply line has changed and it now takes 2 weeks but their sales man didn't know about the change. Update, its been 27 days since i ordered the cabinets and still not delivered!!!!! Was told shipped out in 7 days and 5 days shipping!!!
Phil was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process, from back and forth on kitchen design to assisting with cabinet assemly issues. All in all, a fantastic experience, especially for a first-time DIY kitchen remodel. I'd gladly deal with this company again; highly recommended.
We had a major issue with a piece, which we desperately needed to finish the kitchen. Kitchen was holding back the final inspection and ultimately the occupation permit. Even thou, this was just a one piece, super small, insignificant order, Zack have never made me feel like this order is not important or worthless. After explaining my situation, Zack jumped right in. He worked with us tirelessly, checking and confirming, providing updates all the time. After my horrible experience with the previous vendor who created incredibly difficult situation for us, it was just a pure pleasure working with Zack. What a great guy.
I recently placed an order for cabinetry to RTA Wood Cabinets. The order was promptly entered and processed and the cabinets were promptly delivered. I got exactly what I had anticipated and was pleased with the products, however, one cabinet door was slightly warped and failed to close tightly. I contacted RTA Wood Cabinets to request an adjustment and they responded with a replacement door in a matter of days. I appreciate good service and I can heartily recommend this company as a responsible supplier.
After looking around the web for the best real wood cabinets (daunting task) for the best price I came across rtawoodcabinets. After reading some reviews I decided to take a chance and placed the order for my basement mini kitchen. Surprisingly the order actually showed up earlier than promised and the quality was better than I was expecting. These are real cabinets not like the Home Depot specials with the plastic finish and particle board. This whole process has been great and I would strongly recommend this company. The service is like it was in the old days when the customer comes first and your happiness is their main concern. The person in customer service is Phil Wulliger and he is the real deal. He has clearly been there a long time as he knows the products and systems in and out. If you have any questions along the way or before ordering, Phil will set you at ease. If you are in the market for cabinets this is the place. Call Phil if you are having any questions - He's legit!
Very happy with the quality and design help from RTA. Everything looks beautiful and the process was as simple as it could be. If you’re handy you can absolutely build these and save yourself a ton of money over commercial stores. Would buy again!
We did a DIY kitchen renovation using RTA Wood Assembled Cabinets. Phil was great to work with and created a beautiful design for our kitchen. He was thoroughly helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend purchasing the pull outs for inside the cabinets because they maximize space in our smaller sized kitchen and make it easy to find everything. After gutting and rebuilding the whole kitchen, it was so convenient not to have to assemble the cabinets as well. We love our new kitchen, thank you!
We absolutely LOVE how our kitchen turned out! The cabinets are beautiful! Easy to install as well! Great customer service, Phil W. was very helpful! We had ordered a incorrect size for one of the cabinets, and he was able to get us the new one quickly and it was a smooth process to return the incorrect one. Highly recommend! 5 starts all around!
I rebuilt a sizable kitchen practically from scratch, using RTAWoodCabinets manufactured by JSI Cabinetry. They arrived in flat boxes, well packaged on two pallets, on time and without damage. Minor missing parts were replaced expeditiously. JSI is a reasonably well known company and what I bought was their economical line of RTA cabinets with NO particle board. Assembly went without a hitch and the results exceeded our expectation. Next time I do a kitchen or bath reno, I will contact Phil Wulliger of RTA Wood Cabinets first.
Good quality, especially for the price. I purchased cabinets for a laundry room and hall bath. I have assembled all cabinets. Very solid construction for all. I installed the cabinets in the laundry. As a handy homeowner I had no difficulty hanging them myself, even to the point of having to cut one cabinet down about 1/4in to fit. I was able to achieve a very professional look. While the wood in the construction is all hardwood/plywood, we all understand wood hardness is on a scale. This is on the softer side, even if hardwood. We had one packaged damaged in transit. RTA (and Phil W in particular) sent out a replacement almost immediately. I was very pleased with the follow-up. I would definitely purchase again.
I'm giving these cabinets a 5 star, but some things could be a bit better. The screws and some of the hardware definitely needs some upgrades. Lots of stripped screws, even screwing them in by hand. Don't be tempted to use a power screw driver unless it has a slip clutch. One thing...build the cabinets a couple weeks before install, just in case there is damage. I did have a cabinet damaged and RTA requested a picture and I had a complete new cabinet in about 10 days. Assembly was pretty straight forward. There are no instructions included, as you can watch RTA Wood Cabinet assembly on YouTube. Overall, the finished product is gorgeous. I've had many compliments on them. Phil was amazing...very helpful and patient. We changed our design and cabinet style quite a few times and Phil never pressured me to make a final decision. Double check and triple check everything you need, as shipping is pretty pricey if you need to order anything after the fact. Once again, Phil made sure we had everything we needed, but I wanted to order an additional piece after the initial order, and the shipping charges were quite high.
