Initailly contacted company regarding door handle query, they replied promptly unlike a few other companies who never bothered responded, dealt with a Sophie Gibson, very helpful, products deliverd next day and are of good quality, you get what you pay for of course. Will deal with again and will not hesitate in recommending.

I ordered 11 sets of door handles from Premier in 2017 and the service then was excellent and delivery was fast. Fast forward and I contacted them again regarding parts. Again I received a 1st Class service both on the telephone, providing the information I needed in addition to helping with my confusion and query and they sent out the placement items required immediately which I received next day. Ordered seven sets of door handles from their Carlisle brass range unfortunately two sets were damaged spoke to them and they immediately sent out two replacement sets great service would highly recommend

Ordered several door handles then received an apology that they were not in stock but was given a estimated availability. As they were not urgent, I accepted the delay. A few days before the due date, I was was told that the handles had been despatched and then they arrived as promised. I like the fact that Premier kept me fully informed.

I purchased 7 door handles ( 3 different types ) from Premier Door Handles on the 28th Sept, within minutes of placing the order I received a phone call telling me that two of the chosen handles were not available until the 9th October, no problem for me as this was an update which had been planned for some time., They obviously worked on the predicted delivery date as e mail from them today ( 2nd Oct ) telling me that the handles will be delivered on 5th / 6th Oct. Impressed with their communications and effort to improve delivery.

When refurbishing a B-T-L property I decided to get rid of all the dated doorhandles and bring the house into the 21st century. What a difference good quality and a contemporary design makes to a property. I now have gull-wing handles in satin nickel on all the seven doors. Premier Door Handles had just the product I had in mind at a very reasonable price and their prompt delivery service was second to none.

I came to install a handle months after purchasing to find a fault with it. I called customer services and Sophie arranged a replacement which arrived early the following day! Amazing customer service in this respect so I would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.
