Ordered some bathroom fittings and door accessories. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and ordering what I needed was a breeze. The delivery was fantastic as stated and all the products were perfect. I called after I received the items for help with fitting and the staff their were so helpful it was great!! I ordered internal door handles, latches, locks, door stops and some other bits & pieces. Ordering was easy and order arrived within 48 hours. 1 missing item was quickly & efficiently dealt with and arrived following day. Placing the order was quick and efficient, and then placing an 'add on' the following day was not a problem. Free and efficient freight service. Even after reporting a slight fault after almost 2 years a replacement plate and handle has been supplied and staff were very helpful.
