Can't recommend this company highly enough. ! The service and the courtesy was excellent. I didn't like the door handles I had initially chosen and these were exchanged with absolutely no problem whatsoever. New handles etc. much more appropriate to a domestic situation.

Interesting to read the other 1* review. When things go wrong, or you have a query, you just get rude replies and T&C's thrown in your face. They could certainly do with some people management skills being improved. To Illustrate, I had a phone call from a manager there to see what my complaint was. I barely had a chance to say a single word. Every time I tried to explain my issue, I was talked over. It was the most pointless phone call ever. I had simply asked to return a rounded plated bathroom lock, and exchange for a square plated one, to match the rest. It was over 28 days as the carpenter hadn't got to it yet. I was just told no, go read the T&C. No help at all. If they had just said "Yes, we can, but you'll need to pay postage to return it, and we will charge postage to delivery the replacement" one could see that it wasn't worth doing. IF they had done that, the customer feels like they were willing to try and help rather than the way they went about it - opting for rudeness and intransigence rather than good customer service, which ultimately would have had the same result. So now they have another 1 star review, an unhappy ex customer, and hopefully others will get to avoid that nasty phone call by buying elsewhere

We would have no hesitation to recommend Premier Door Handles for their quality products and top service. The staff are all excellent and NEVER have any problems or issues. They are all so professional and care about your order right through to the delivery of same. Excellent excellent company to deal with.

This is the first time that I have enjoyed doing a review when in fact I hadn't managed to buy anything from the company, the difference was that I was very quickly (and very pleasantly) informed both by e mail and phone call that they were regretfully out of stock with the item I required, if only all other suppliers could be as prompt as this the internet would be an even better place to buy your requirements. Great service - initially and when a fault occurred with an item 18 months after I bought it. Initial order was great - prompt delivery good price etc, however 18 months later one of the window stays broke. wasn't sure if I would get a replacement and thought I might have to fight for it, but Heather was extremely prompt and organised a replacement from the manufacturer within a day of me sending in a photo of the broken window fixing. Totally recommend them!

Excellent knowledgeable customer service provided over the telephone. Everything arrived when advised. Slight issue with a couple of the items delivered but this was dealt with professionally and promptly without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend this company to others. The handles have now been fitted to my internal doors and look fantastic.
