I had trouble sourcing these beautiful handles but the effort was worth it when I discovered them at Premier door handles. I found ordering from you very easy and the gentleman who advised me was very helpful. They arrived quickly, the order was exactly as it should be. Altogether an excellent experience.

Rang directly rather than using the internet to order to ensure the door handles were actually in stock as I needed them reasonably quickly to replace a broken one of the same design. Confirmed they were and would be with me in 2 days, they were. Good delivery using DPD so I knew when they would be calling. Delivery charge was excellent compared to going to the local hardware shop and having them order them for me. Would have cost more for the handles as well.

Had a minor technical issue with a product supplied over a week-end. Contacted the company on a Sunday and got a very helpful reply by return. Technical issue was sorted out very promptly and I am delighted with my new door handles and three lever sash lock. First class service!

My order was for one item only. I was immediately informed it was out of stock and when it would be available. The item was duly received as advised and delighted with the product. I took some time to find a suitable pull handle and was not disappointed with my choice.

After I made my first order with Premier I changed my mind about the handles I wanted so I phoned them prior to despatch and they changed it for me. When I ordered the second batch I couldn't locate the code for the handles (as I had changed the first order.....oops). I phoned them and the 2nd order was despatched. Customer Services were brilliant, friendly, helpful and efficient. They even phoned to check my order had arrived in time and was correct. In this day and age customer service with a chat and a laugh especially if the customer makes a mistake is rare ! Thank you to the team at Premier.

I expected the door furniture for twelve internal doors to be a large order: my carpenter had recommended a supplier and my preferred handles were £35 per pair. But Premierdoorhandles supplied them for only £7 per pair - for the identical handles. Locks and hinges were equally cheap, making the whole order much less than £200: I bought the better quality, ball bearing hinges - they were so cheap - and the same carpenter had never seen hinges of such quality. He now recommends Premierdoorhandles to his customers and buys items from Premierdoorhandles for himself. I was uncertain how to lock the three bathroom doors and asked Premierdoorhandles for advice. They gave friendly advice which was really helpful and I am extremely pleased with the result. I cannot be more enthusiastic in praise for this company - if my house had any more doors I should eagerly use them again.

Excellent choice of products, very competitive prices and a brilliant, useable website. One item in my order was damaged, obviously during manufacture before it reached Premier Door Handles, The sheer professionalism correcting the problem with a replacement delivered within 48 hours was most impressive. A great company to deal with.

I ordered 12 door handles costing nearly £200. Fitted all handles but there was a manufacturing fault on one of the bathroom knobs which they say will replace time will tell! However my main concern for the 1 star is the attitude of the so called owner Heather McKenna.....once i fitted all the handles my son said that the 2 bathroom handles were brushed aluminium and the other 10 were chrome finish i am coloured blind so didn't notice. I sent photos to Heather who straight away contacted me to say they were used and fitted and unfit for resale. She accused me of shouting at her when i was trying to make my excuses and threatened to put the phone down. I then received an email trying to make her excuses as to why she would not replace. So my advice is do not buy from this company as her attitude stinks. Unfit for purpose with a quality item doesn't ring true. I wasn't trying to return her a pair of stained underpants . So i will now have to contact a more reputable company to buy another 2 pairs of correct handles.

I got all my ironmongery from them. very good delivery service and top quality at very good price. Would almost certainly buy from them again.

I was wary of this company as I didn't know them, and there were only 2 reviews on TrustPilot at the time - both of which look fishy/fake to me. I called them before ordering and was told items were in stock etc. I took the plunge and placed an order for around £150. I was very pleasantly surprised, communications up there with the best I have had, emails to let me know of every stage and then even a text with a 1 hour delivery slot - which was bang on time. The items (door knobs) were *way* cheaper than everywhere else I looked, and are all genuine and in perfect condition (well the ones I have checked/used so far!). Would recommend!
