I made my order 10 days ago.. They charged me for Express International Shipping.. And the order has not been shipped yet .. Every time I chat with them they will say that they will shipp it next day or on the same day and they won't.. My occasion in 5 days and the stores will be closed for Eid vacation. I am really upset and I wouldn't recommend to buy from this store again.

Wait until you have the dress in your hands before you write a review. They are great when you order and pay but then to actually get the dress and talk to someone is ridiculous. My daughters dress has been delayed twice, and when i call they no longer are available...this is the Customer Service Supervisor Kathleen who avoids calls, and emails. The Dress was suppose to be here today...when i called for the status of the dress Kathleen she is no longer available. ALL I need to know is when or if the dress is coming...i have no clue, the wedding is in a few weeks.
