I ordered a Tony Bowls dress from this company. My order was shipped from Misses Dressy. The dress didn't fit I returned it for a 388.00 credit. I purchased a new dress from Misses Dressy and was never issued the credit. They captured the full amount of the dress 460 from my paypal and now they are delaying my refund. Everytime I call, they tell my my refund will process in 7 to 10 business days. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. They are stealing my money by refusing to give me a refund. The dress was a knock-off Tony Bowls as well. Horrible company & customer service.

This is my first time ordering form Misseydressy, and May was the Selling Agent and she was very polite courteous and she answered all of my questions regarding my dress. So far I am very happy with her customer service. The only thing I did not like if the dress dose not fit you, they don't exchange it or refund you back your money. bad policy to have

Great service so far. Prompt delivery of the dress. But unfortunately I needed a smaller size. I contacted the company via Chat and Celeste was wonderful and very prompt about responding to my concerns and questions. I do wish the company could arrange the exchange at the time of return. I have to wait for them to receive the dress and issue me a credit. I just hope they can still get the dress for me.

I just placed an order buying the la femme 18602 dress and Unayzha gave me an excellent customer service. She helped me to place the order and even calling me several times cuz the signal was so bad. And it was an internacional call. She answered every question i had very kindly. I definitely recommend this website for buying dresses. The only con i can tell is that they ask you to fill a form with information about the card holder and to attached the card holder's id, if you own the credit card then no problem, but i wasnt the owner and that gave me a little work to do :/.

I wanted to buy a concrete gown and I found it in this web. I had my doubts as normal but I did the order with the help of Jace, who was totally helpful and lovely. I'm really delighted! I received the dress in only six days, but in Spain!! It fits me perfectly and it's just what I was looking for. Amazing!! For sure I will repeat with you. Thanks a lot!!

Be forewarned: Even if their website says that you can exchange or return their dresses--you can't! This is a shady online business. The dresses are garbage compared to the pictures on the site, really low quality, and the fit is bizarre, insanely tight in odd places, like around the lower ribs. (I tried writing a review on their website, but it wouldn't show up; their rating system is rigged.) When I called to ask to exchange the dress (after discovering that, although their website says you can return the dress, in fact, if you read the fine print elsewhere, it says that "special order dresses"--which this one was, and which most of them are--can't be returned--I was told when I called that I couldn't exchange it either (even though the website doesn't say that), because in order to exchange a dress, you first have to return the dress, which they don't allow. Wow. Great logic, slime balls. Elsewhere in their store policies they use the terms "return" AND "exchange," but on the phone they’ll act as if those two transactions are the same thing. Please save yourself the pain of doing business with this company.
