I ordered my wedding dress from MissesDressy.com on 4/14/2015, originally I wanted to order it online, but I had to call to get the price; when I called, Celeste told me that if I ordered by phone I would get free shoes and free silicone bra, so she helped me place my order. The estimated arrival time of my dress was 8/7/2015, since I was planning on moving I had to send the dress to a different address than my billing address, so I had to send an authorization form with some personal data (this makes some people uncomfortable). Last week I got a call from MissesDressy.com, my dress had already arrived and it was shipping, I should receive it within 2/3 weeks... it arrived within 3 days! Final arrival of my dress was 7/20/2015, the dress was exactly what I had ordered and it was in great shape. The free shoes are not the best (and the selection to choose from was kind of limited), but they are ok since they are free after all. MissesDressy.com has great prices (the dress I got was 300 dollars less than at a local shop here in Chicago) and good customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Just completed my order with Dolly, I have to say I was a bit nervous ordering my wedding gown online but I felt like I was chatting with one of my friends!! Dolly made the process so easy and was reassuring and VERY patient!..I can't wait to see my dress and as I'm cutting it very close to the date of my wedding she was able to guarantee my gown will arrive in 10 business days!! I talked to a few customer service representatives over their online chat service from other online stores but nothing can compare to the service I got from Unayzah She was extremely patient, polite and friendly, she even gave me a free bra .
