Order status updated via e-mail, shipping almost always faster than promised. Once they even re-sent an order, at no cost to me, that had been intercepted and destroyed by over-zealous Customs agents.

Getting started was easy and I was able to follow via text and email the delivery via USPS. You must sign up Informed Delivery on the USPS web site. I like that you can talk to a real person if you have any concerns. All in all I was very pleased and the price for my meds was great!

The only issue I have with your company would be set up accounts so we don't have to mess with voiding checks ect.

This was my first order. Procedure to order was easy & fast. Product & shipping was as stated and arrived well-packaged. Package included detailed documentation that was more thorough than given out by U.S. brick & mortor pharmacies I have used. Web site is very easy to navigate. I am very happy so far.

Your service is great, as long as there is no need to go outside standard practice. Your prices are great, ordering process quick and easy and fulfillment and package tracking are also excellent. However, if something goes amiss, as a missent prescription, the response from your staff is completely inadequate.

No answer to my request for medicine

I paid for my Rx meds on 12/20/23. I called the US number that is given on the website and was told it would be shipped and would receive an email with tracking number. I have NOT received any email or anything. On their website it saids, (Preparing for dispatch) Still?? Wondering..when are they going to finally ship it to me. That medication is Needed.

As a new customer I was a bit apprehensive because of the fact that they are in Canada and I in the USA. After contacting them and getting the explanations I needed, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they do as they said, they delivered the medicines on a timely basis and the cost I needed. I will continue to use them.

I found over 70 years it's helpful when a customer is able to understand the language the representative is speaking. I'm sure a less professional business model is available, but I haven't encountered any to-date. On the positive side, I have told dozens of people of my experiences.
