I have been repeatedly promised a refund that has never been sent. Weather issues were NOT a problem. When I contacted the Canadian authorities (Royal Mounted Police Fraud Division).they told me this company is recommended to be AVOIDED because of recurring similar issues

My experience was excellant.Everything came as ordered.The timing was good and the packages were intact and in good shape.

Still waiting on my medication. Keep getting a run around about the prescription which I’ve sent over 4 times . Sent payment and still asking for payment . It’s been weeks and the prescription has not shipped. This is a very important heart medication and I can’t believe this horrible service that I am receiving. Either send my prescription or refund me my money . This is getting really frustrating.

If the medication arrives, it's great, but the company needs a better plan in place for delayed or missing shipments. Unfortunately missing shipments will be a part of running a business like this and it should not be up to the customer to constantly chase a new order down after waiting over double the initial estimated timeframe. I've had some good ordering experiences but my most recent has been terrible and at this point if I ever receive my order it will have taken several months which is unacceptable when people are waiting on important medication. Update: the medication finally arrived two months after placing my order.

Taking a week to reply to an order is not acceptable. As well, you need to speak English.

I purchased Xarelto Brand manufactured elsewhere in the world for a fraction of the USA cost. Their customer service was excellent and the delivered product was exactly as ordered and expected. 101% satisfied.

The order was accurate. It took a bit longer than usual to get due to weather delays during shipping but my questions concerning the delay were always answered promptly.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because you don’t send confirmation with a tracking number, or any notification that the product was shipped. Other than that I’m very happy. Thank you
