Very easy to send in my script online and the processing time was only 24 hours. The prices are wonderful, and the shipping time from India to US was only about a week.

Every week it was a different excuse & completely difficult to get them to respond even-wasted weeks on these clowns! 1st it was the script not being received, even though I asked them to ensure they received the script... Then it was the refill #. Then it was weeks of bologna over them somehow interpreting **quantity g** as grams yet candianpharmacy had 0 issues w/ the script. Provider faxed them 2x at 2x different numbers & they were claiming to not even get the fax-suddenly they found the fax....

I sent my prescription and paid for the prescription almost a month ago and am still waiting for the pharmacy to process and ship it. I have made numerous calls and also chatted on their sight. I have a feeling I may never receive my meds and be out my money

Medications are not being received on a timely basis or not at all.

Took about six weeks to get my prescriptions. That was double the expected time of three weeks. I was out of that particular medication for over two weeks waiting for my order to arrive. The order was absolutely correct, just slower than anticipated receipt.

I was asked twice to pay via Zelle, but it wouldnt accept my payment. Finally, I was able to pay via Venmo, but even after that, I was asked to make payment. Seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. THEN, I finally get an email that my medicine is not available from the source they had filled it from last time, & they were using a different country. I sure hope it gets here in time.

I am a new customer and have placed my first order. This order is being shipped to the wrong address. I have chatted and phone called multiple times to correct this problem and have been told multiple times that this problem will be fixed. IT IS NOT FIXED!! This delivery is going wrong!!

Last time I sent a review about the THIRD time I was promised a refund after months and months of NO medications and having paid OVER $500 for a 3 month's supply of Rybelsus- the company replied that it would refund my money by 4/24 and SURPRISE! No refund AGAIN!! RCMP (Canadian Mounties Fraud Department) suggest NOT ORDERING from this company because of REPEATED instances of non-delivery. FRAUDULENT company that needs to be flagged by Trust Pilot. Otherwise why should I trust Trust Pilot

Plenty of responses and calls about making a payment to secure my order.. Zero responses about my order which still has not shipped in almost 3 weeks after multiple calls and emails with no update. Very poor customer service. .

Ordered Januvia and got it for 1/10th the cost what my insurance would have charged. Excellent communication and reasonably fast shipping considering it was coming from overseas.

If you have an easier payment method then it will be a much easier experience as for the oversea tt s cost which it's as much as I paid for my medicine
