1) The payment option is too rigid. It would be more helpful if medsengage can accept VISA payment. 2) When placing the order I intentionally chose the option of sending document/payment by postal mail. But a medsengage respresentative called me. He pushed me around and got me to send electronic copy anyway. I am old and have impaired vision. I do not get around easily. It is easier to put things in an envelope and mail it. Since sending hard copy by postal mail is an option medsengage offers, the agent should honor it.

I live in Colorado and have been using MedsEngage to save money on my U.S. prescriptions for the last 9 months. No problems at all. Just need to make sure you order in plenty of time so you do not run out - since it takes a couple of wks at least to receive the order once ordered. At first I was leery, but I've found that they're definitely a trust worthy company to use.

Little complicate to make payments, but beside that good, mostly on delivering products.

Never got my order

If I could give a 0 rating I would. i received notification that the prescription had shipped. 3 WEEKS LATER, I received notice that the order had JUST arrived at the London, England Post Office. Then I was told by the online chat representative that the order was in the US - which it wasn't. Now it is in the US and I'm still waiting to receive it. This organization has no integrity or credibility.

I live in the US, and was frustrated at one of my meds costing over $500 a month - that's with "good" insurance for a common year-round drug. I ordered from here, and paid a fraction of the cost - for a 3 month supply. Ordered 3/25/2021 and they arrived 4/6/2021, sealed name brand - exactly the same as what I have paid a fortune for previously.

I am grateful to have a mail order company to confidently use in Canada.
