I sent in a order.. per instructions, I faxed in the order info, the prescription, a copy of a photo ID, and a copy of a voided check for payment processing. The following week I had a email that the order was pending because they needed a prescription. I emailed back the prescription was attached in the fax. Another week, another notification email that the prescription was not sent. I sent everything again.... the photo is, the prescription, the cancelled check. Now I get a email saying it is pending because they don’t have a photo ID. I called them, left a message. They really need to get it together. This is a pain...

Good experience just wish the payment process was a little easier such as some form of a credit card payment.

Update below: Yet another update below: Communication at time of purchase is good. You may not get your questions answered exactly as you intended, but they do respond. However, once purchase is done and payment is made, communication falls through. No information updates on shipment. No email responses to inquiry 4 weeks after the shipment. Just nothing!!! Meds are shipped from overseas. So it will take a while. In my case, it was shipped from India, via AIR. Hmmm, if it is shipped via Air, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days to arrive to US, and then going through regulatory check points for few additional days. However, despite the ship date of January 21, as of Feb 18, it still has no status update on the shipment. You just can't find anything other than it was bagged/shipped from India. I sent email to "admin" but no response after 3 business days. Looks like my money is gone down the drain. Update: 3/2/21 The day after my above posted review, I received a phone call from them!!! (Bad review generated a phone call but there were no responses to email inquiry). I was informed that the shipment was not trackable (despite having tracking number). I was also told that it has been stuck in Germany. They will send another shipment (I assumed that would be from Canada) However, they needed me to pay $25 for shipping and provide a copy of my Driver's license. Why should I pay additional shipping, when shipping was free to begin with and/or if the item is not reached to me and they need to complete their sale? However, I did pay $25. While I do not understand and accept the need for my driver license, I uploaded to Google drive and sent a link to them. I should have never done that for safety, but I was in a hurry first thing in the morning and didn't argue. They reviewed and confirmed. Later that day, I removed the license from the drive, thinking of the worst possible scenarios! They kept asking me to have continued access to my license. I refused because of my safety concerns. I received phone calls, but never a written (email) explanation of a reason for their need for my license. They did mention for customs - but if I am not there why do they need my photo ID? Anyway, finally they shipped the medicine - again from India and after another week I have received it. So, why did it come so fast this time around but "Got stuck in Germany" the first time? Was it ever really shipped the first time? Anyway, final outcome - I did get my medicine, but at higher cost (extra shipping), much longer delay and also with some hassle. I still don't understand their request for my driver license. Hopefully there are no ill intentions. I have updated to 4 star because I did get medicine at much lower cost then in US despite the delays. I would prefer to give 3.5 stars though. Update: April 2021: Guess what! The first package that was sent via Air from India has arrived. There is some odor from the package - petrochemicals - probably from packaging and/or where it was during the shipping process. So, I guess, they did ship the package as stated, but they shouldn't ship using this method. How did the second package arrive - from India in less than 10 days, but first took over 2 months? I have still kept at 4 stars because although the package was delivered - finally, but I had to go through a lot of hassle. I do not mind paying for the medicine - yes - extra payment for the second shipment of MEDICINE, but I do mind additional shipping expense. Also I am still weary about their request for my driver's ID. That still seems a bit fishy. I will likely order from them again - but will plan well in advance!!!

Order process is blocked. Even I got the confirmation of receipt loaded correctly, I have not received payment data to proceed further with the order. Update: I got my products after 2-3 months.

When I called to verify my order, a person on the phone was very professional and helpful. He went an extra step to ensure that the ordering process becomes an easy one.

I paid for my order on 12-21-2020 and received it on 1-21-21 one month. I called twice during that period to find out where my order was...answer, "there is no tracking". No communication from Medsengage... Order finally came and was OK. but lack of communication was not good! PS: order delivery was from India to Arizona, USA

Despite paying in full and waiting for over 1 month I never received my medications. The FDA intercepted my medicines in customs and informed me that because the medications purchased did not meet US FDA regulations they would be confiscated and destroyed. Wasted my money and time.

This is a real pharmacy, authentic meds and full tracking of the shipment. Saved a boat load of money. I highly recommend!
