Prompt courteous service at a fair price.

I placed my order on the 12th of July,2022. The company claims that will get a tracking number within 3 to 5 days, after receiving your script. You will also receive your script within 2 to 3 weeks, a maximum of 4 weeks. As of this review, it has been 4 weeks and I have not received and I mean( HAVE NOT) received a tracking number. I have called numerous times and received the same excuse, Give us 24 to 48 Hrs. This company gives nothing but excuses.

Someone signed up for Meds Engage using an incorrect email address (mine). I was getting messages from Meds Engage about prescriptions and I could even go and reset their password if I wanted to and get into their account. I would warn people that this site is dangerous since they don't use any sort of email verification prior to setting up accounts. They're very reckless with personal information.

Very easy to reorder. It's always a gamble as to win the medication will arrive unfortunately. That's not within their control.

My experience has been great and the people very helpful. They never let you forget to order so you don't run out of meds.

First time user. Disappointed they ONLY accept AMEX credit cards, the most costly merchant services credit card in the business! I do applaud them for their diligence in ONLY accepting orders with a prescription BUT they could use a healthy dose of common sense. My doctor sent a prescription for XiFAXAN to our Walmart pharmacist so we got a copy of that script and uploaded it to the MedsEngage site only to discover that the prescription was NOT ok since it was not DIRECTLY from the doctor. This script is for someone suffering from IBS and to my knowledge is not something that is dangerous or sold on the street so... What the Heck? Use some common sense when deciding not to fill an order

I really appreciate Meds Engauge. The quality of the medicine is just like the ones we would order here in the United States but much less expensive. This service really helps us who have to have medicine that is so expensive we can hardly afford it and makes it where we can still take that kind of medication. Thank you so much for the customer service if I have any questions I get prompt answers and phone calls and I am very pleased.

I dealt with Meds Engage couple of times. I believe that the company is supurp for their services, after sale service, customer support. I have been dealing with overseas medical companies for some time, I found that Meds Engage is the best up to this moment. I hope the keep their good work.

Customer service is up there with the best. Online Mail order process can leave you wondering where your scripts / payment and courier services are exactly up to., but given that I am international customer I can live with that.

Considering how difficult is was to obtain this med at a decent price, everything went as smoothly as possible. No complaints. We're just happy to have the medicine. Many thanks.
