I like getting the reminder to renew my prescription. I would appreciate, after I renew on line, knowing the renewal was processed other than just seeing the amount paid in my checking account.

This was my first experience ordering Meds internationally and I was somewhat skeptical. However, Insurance copay and “discount “ apps were 8-20 times the cost, making it prohibitive to fill a scrip at my neighborhood pharmacy. I was short on time so I paid a premium for expedited shipping and it came exactly in the time frame they estimated. The medication looks identical and seems to yield identical results. I’m very happy with MedsEngage and would use them again, without hesitation. Two additional points: 1) you can call them and get a real person to help you very quickly and effectively and 2) be sure to order well before (several weeks) you need your medication. It’s going through a lot of handling, including customs, which the supplier can’t control.

I was able to save a lot of money by using Meds Engage. Delivery timetable was met and very easy to use website for ordering.The only drawback was that my prescription calls for 180 for a three month supply but the closest I could order was 168.

Very pleased that I switched to Meds Engage on every level. Ordering was easy, communication regarding my order was quick and clear, appreciated the ability to use AmEx card, Rx delivered 25 days from the day the order was placed. Couldn’t be happier with the service and have shared my experience with friends. My only small complaint is that I paid for delivery tracking expecting to know when the Rx was shipped and anticipated arrival date. In hindsight, that was wasted money as my first shipment qualified for free shipping. I also checked the ME website for tracking information but nothing was available. The only delivery information I received was today from USPS Informed Delivery (which I receive daily): “expected delivery today” and “delivered today.”
