After several weeks, I was informed that my prescription was not available any where in India. I did not realize that Meds Engage only sources from India. In addition, the form of payment restrictions were onerous for me, and not apparently applicable to any other online pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

I am very pleased with the service you provide. I would recommend you to anyone who could use your services.

I would give 5 stars if tracking were more transparent. I understand that my package is coming from another country, but, as a customer, you just sit here in limbo not knowing whether your meds are ever coming. To find these meds for such a price is a gift. But, please improve the tracking process.

This is my first order, the medication is in transit.

Order placed back in May 13 and still waiting for shipment. Contaced medsengage a week ago and still no response from them. It's now June 23, well beyond their quoted delivery time.

What went wrong? EVERYTHING! It took a full SEVENTEEN DAYS from the day I placed the order (with a valid prescription) until it was finally shipped. The reason? "There was a shortage" of this medication. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned that before I placed the order. It is now TWO WEEKS since the (alleged) shipping date and the package is still on its way from Singapore. It must be on the slow boat to the US, since this is a ridiculous amount of time for something as important as medication. So how was my experience? If I ever receive my order and I'm still healthy enough to take it, I'll write another review. UPDATE (6/29/2023): The tracking system has not shown any movement since 6/15, TWO WEEKS ago. They will resend the order from another pharmacy in another country (supposedly UK). Once it is shipped, it will take another 7-15 BUSINESS days for me to receive it. Somehow, it’s really difficult for me to understand why it would take that long for a small box to go from the UK. to NYC. A plane ride is generally less than 8 hours. So , if I actually get the replacement in the expected timeframe, it will have taken approximately NINE WEEKS (63 days) to receive a 90 day supply of a vital medication. What did Medsengage suggest? Buy a 30 day supply at my local pharmacy. If the drug was anywhere near affordable in the US, I certainly wouldn’t be ordering from this company. I hope others have better luck than I have.
