It's nothing like they promise. The customer service is hardly existing, since they choose to ignore most questions asked, if answering at all, or after days. An extra $ 20 for bank transfers is a cheat when the actual med only cost $34. Be aware, not trustworthy as far as I am concerned. I wonder who actually writes the positive reviews. I certainly will never again waste my time trying to deal with them since there are many better choices available.

It took two weeks to get my prescription to you in the form that you wanted. It took another two weeks two get payment to you in the form that you wanted. While you were waiting for the payment, you notified me that you were ready to ship my medicine to me. After you did acknowledge my successful payment, you said that it had been shipped. That was at least two weeks ago. I had hoped that I would get it before I am on a vacation in England for a couple weeks, but it doesn't look like that will happen. If it has not been delivered by the time I return, I will be expecting a full refund.

The response to my questions were very quick and thorough. They promised to ship 2 to 4 weeks. I received them in two weeks. Very satisfied and my prescription through them costs me less than my copay through my Medicare Advantage plan. I will only be ordering through Meds Engage from now on.
