Before i found you on the Internet i us to get my geckos food else where they was always late or most of them dead. You are FAST and in my 2 years with getting food from you i have had only 2 that died and that's no lie, you are super fast sometime even the next day and the locusts and always live and kicking ;) I just want to thank you for being spot on!
Great place to get food and supplies from better and cheaper than any other garden centre or pet supplier shame about some delivery option PARCEL FORCE is absolutely crap at delivering on the day they say they deliver grrr frustrating
really good service all round. we ordered live insects for our bearded dragons, they were delivered very quickly and all were still alive
The service is very good. Very easy to use website. The delivery is very quick. The only problem is I order the pre packed tubs, and the amount that is in there changes each time. Some times there are loads in there my last order there were over 20, but some times only about 12 now it's the same price each time but the price is very reasonable and they always arrive in good health.
The vacuum packed crickets are good value and make preparing food for swifts and other insectivores really easy. The next day delivery is very useful, as I tend to get brought birds without notice and often need specialist food in a hurry. I also buy mest cages from them - designed for reptiles but absolutely ideal for small birds!

The order came within 36hours of ordering. The extra small crickets were smaller than expected, but they will grow. Crickets all in good condition and plenty of them. The crickets were well packaged, no damage to their plastic containers in the box. I would order from this company again.
Used this company for live foods, locusts and crickets, both really fast delivery and last really well - highly recommended.
Arrived the next working day and the locusts were so much healthier than the shops, very Pleased and will only be ordering from here from now on!
great that they use paypal, makes life easyer. delivery very quick but size of the xl locust were small, they were more like size large.
Seriously this company is a must if you care for and keep reptiles and amphibians. The quality of the live food is second to none. After buying from local reptile shop and being very dissapointed at the amount of live food that is dead or dies very quickly after purchase I found this company online and wont ever go back to purchasing from a shop. Brilliant and like I say You cannot get better!

Excellent value, however I buy hoppers and there are a few crickets in the box sometimes, and I absolutely hate crickets so not happy with this spillover. Great service otherwise.

recently ordered some crickets, mealworms and locusts and when it arrived the crickets and mealworms had escaped from the packaging and Royal Mail had to put the complete box into a large plastic bag. It did take me a while to sort the mixed insects out and I did contact Livefoods UK by phone to let them know what had happened.
