We have four bearded dragons at home and needed direct delivery to our door, this site is perfect for that they come next day and are always alive and fresh and my dragons love them I now get a delivery every week.

Insects were received quickly & as usual very healthy

Used livefoods many times now (and will comtinue to), always received a excellent, quick service. Only had the issue with delivery once and that was down to parcel force. Did mention this to livefoods, they were going to have a word with parcel force raising the issue

I use livefoods because going to the pet shop is overpriced and the bugs never last. Live foods delivers them alive and on time and there is never any disappointment. Plus my chameleon is doing better than ever since eating livefoods supplied crickets. Winner!!!

Placed an order for some locusts..Order arrived and was a little short in numbers.however on pointing this out to them the next order was put right and in fact overloaded.will definatly use agin.. Thank you

Ordered for the first time, crickets came and they were tiny, I ordered small not just hatched, also most were dead, the others quickly died also. Managed to do only 2 feeds before I had to buy more. Wont be back.

I have purchased several times from livefood now, the speed of delivery is excellent and the quality of the locusts is also excellent. Upon arrival locusts have always been fit and healthy and my beardie loves them. I made a mistake on one order and contacted customer services who were polite and helpful and sorted the matter out with no problems whatsoever. You will not go wrong if you use livefood.

Great communication and fantastic delivery ordered a half bulk bag of size 2 crickets the sizes were quite varied so couldn't use a lot of them but they corrected it by sending another bag free of charge the same day I emailed. So I would definitely recommend them as a business! Fantastic customer service.

I've been buying from these guys for more than 10 years. I've tried a few other websites for live food and reptile equipment, but for quality of service and quality of live food I've found livefood.co.uk to be by far the best.

Quick, professional, and helpful. Aside from the occasional unexpected food shortage, there's no reason to buy reptile food from anywhere else.
