Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. Ordered the product and received it within 2 days which was better than my expectation. However although it was wrapped in copious amounts of bubble-wrap the packaging had slightly split inside, leaking some of the contents out. On closer inspection several of the 'blisters' in the pack were split. Good service but am slightly reserved about buying from them again due to this.
The items are fab condition. Soo easy with the weekly etc set up, no hassle value 4 money
Arrived next day from ordering, not one dead locust and lasted for days, well packaged, will definitely use again and highly recommended.

I found this website online because I was fed up of going to the local reptile shop to find it closed or they wouldn't have what I needed. The crickets were cheaper here and they came very quickly and all alive unlike the reptile shop. The background and bamboo are great and my chameleon loves them.
