Have used Livefoods for a few years now for crickets & other bits for my dragons. I usually order beginning of week so the crickets don't sit in PO over the weekend but even in winter there are virtually no dead beasties. Great prices & service :-)

Although delivery was fast there were some items missing, these were quickly sent out, however, on previous orders there has been an ice block in the package to ensure it stays cold, unfortunately this was not included this time meaning that the frozen mice had got quite warm.
Food always excellent quality and prompt delivery. When I have contacted live food uk they have always responded within 24hrs and have always been extremely helpfull.

Really good quality, big fat juicy worms. They were reall well packaged and were delivered very quickly. Much better quality and cheaper than my previous supplier (wiggly wigglers). I put them in my window feeders and I am at the moment watching robins and blue tits feeding, which they will do until 9.15pm. Worth the money to see the birds close up. Thankyou
This is the 2nd time i've ordered live locusts on line for my two bearded dragons, could not fault the first time quick delivery locusts very jumpy and alert when they arrived. The 2nd time I ordered I had to wait longer than before to be delivered and then they were delivered to an elderly neighbour (who couldnt quite believe their was live food in the box). However again the locusts were fantastic, really active and alert and the dragons love them. Would definately recomment this site to buy live food, not only does it sell at a really good price with the insects being in a really good condition but the delivery service seems to be good too.
Always receive the product in good condition, rarely have a problem. If there is a minor problem it is resolved very quickly.

They always ship immediately and the live foods are always excellent quality. Only one occasion did the postal service fail but Livefoods sent out a replacement within a couple of days

I have a regular fortnightly delivery from Livefood.co.uk. The hoppers are in half bulk and are good value in this pack size. They arrive bursting with energy and in clean condition. I lose very few keeping them in an old glass fish tank with bug grub, greens and bug gel. Reliable delivery, good email comms and excellent customer service on the phone if needed.

Ordered a sack of 100 medium/large locusts for my 3 leopard Geckos. 10 Minutes I ordered, it was already dispatched! Next day my order arrived! That's what I call AWESOME (deserves the capitals) service! Fantastic for me and what do my geckos think of their livefood? Yumm-tastic!!

Trunks, my Gecko was gonna be hungry in the next couple of days, Id forgotten to stock up from th nearest stockists a good 30 mins drive away, quickly we went onlin and discovered livefood.com With such a busy schedule it was a perfect solution. These items arrived in just 3 days, we live in the north isles of Scotland so I consider this to be reasonable delivery time. My only reservation is that one pair of 6" tweezers, 1carpet and 4 small tubs of live feed arrived in a huge box. Everything was rattling free in the box and I nearly missed the tweezers as they had started to get stuck under one of the flaps in the box. Perhaps you could use smaller packages (preference) or pad with paper another time?

The only quibble I could think of, and it's a minor one, is that the sizes are much larger than most other places. I always seem to get an adult cricket in with size 3's lol They do state on their website though that their sizes are larger than normal. Other than that extremely small 'problem?' I have nothing but praise for livefoods.co.uk. The delivery is very quick and above all FRESH AND ALIVE. Excellent service from an excellent company.
