We are a family run business trading since 1989 first under the Name Chiltern Reptiles and then became an incorporated company in 2003 when we changed our name to Livefood UK Ltd. Because we are a small close knit company with just 10 employees we are able to really concentrate on customer care which has been the driving force behind our continued growth despite the harsh economic climate. They are good they turned up before they should have, and when i opened them i had loads of adult locusts in there which was great surprise, they are always loads in there and only few dead ones in them.
Excellent company. Also fast efficient with emaiks and deliveries. Always well packaged and the luve food always comes healthy and as described.
We have a Bearded Dragon and we needed lots of items for his tank, I did lots of research into spec price ect and live foods uk ltd won every time. Also the quality & quantity of the live food is simply excellent we now shop weekly with our neighbour who also has a Dragon, don't even check other places now as they are never beaten on price or quality so why waste your time

Great site easy to use my Lfs started carrying inferior frozen foods causing me to search the web for a new supplier. I was a little worried that the product would arrive defrosted but it was well packaged and still frozen solid. I was kept up to date with emails from livefoods.co.uk and the courier service regarding the delivery date and time.

We use them all the time. The locusts and various worms are good quality and reach us in good condition. We have had one instance of packaging opening during transit which was unfortunate but overall happy with their services.
