Shilpa arranged for us to come at a convenient time even though it was after store hours. She spent a lot of time with us reviewing all the features of the items we purchased to make sure we were comfortable with it. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this shop.

Finally found the pushchair we wanted and it was cheaper than everywhere else. Couple of problems caused by the manufacturer but resolved promptly by just kidding on my behalf. Will definitely be using them again for future purchases! Thank you very much
Easy to order online and received a call to setup shipment the next business day. Very accommodating on delivery dates and times. Only lost one star because item was listed as in stock online but was actually sold out and awaiting a new shipment later in the week. Otherwise great service!

Your internet service was perfect posting very prompt the delivery man very nice,but items missing I rang and lady I spoke to very helpful and new what I was talking about and said missing items would be posted that day so yes no problems I would go on this site again
Purchased a pram in the summer. Son took to Hong Kong for the birth of his Son last week. On using pram there was a problem with back wheel. Reported this and today two new wheels arrived, only two days after reporting problem. This has to be the best customer service I have ever had. Keep up the good work

The girls in the shop were very helpful, flexible on dates and courteous all the way through. The car seat we bought was fitted and explained and the pram we bought(icandy peach3) is great. Parking is available at the back so no real issue. Thanks guys for bringing back excellent customer service.
