We ordered an I candy package from just kidding. It was £50 less than the equivalent deal from I candy direct and cheaper than any other company for the same deal. I was initially apprehensive as I had never heard of the company so phoned and asked a few questions before ordering. The person I spoke to was helpful and when I placed the order it all went smoothly including a phone call to advise when it was dispatched and emails with a tracking number etc. Package was delivered speedily and within specified time period to us in the Glasgow area. Would highly recommend and would use again if needed similar goods

I bought quite a lot of my baby stuff from here. Shilpa went through the different buggy options with different budgets and was helpful in making us understand what we needed. Also advised on other things (required or not). Also price matched if I saw anything cheaper elsewhere. Overall, worked out cheaper than going to different shops for different things. Delivered and came and assembled buggy. Very good service and I still go to buy bits and bobs when needed. Highly recommend as personalised service!

I ordered from Just Kidding having never ordered from them before and was impressed with the speedy service and excellent communication I received through out the order. I was contacted the following day to double check a few details once that was done my order was processed. Once processed I received another phone call telling me what day it would be delivered and to warn me of heavy products so if I was pregnant to not lift anything

Brought a car seat. Needed delivery in a couple of days. They didn't have the colour option I wanted but after some communication I was able to have piece of mind that they could get the colour I wanted delivered to me by the date I needed. It was delivered in time as promised. Very happy customer and will use again.

Ordered baby jogger city mini by telephone, the lady that I spoke to couldn't be more helpful, best customer service I've had in a long time. My order was shipped out the same day and received the following day, bearing in mind just kidding is based in London and I live in scotland. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family
