Car seat arrived very promptly, exactly as ordered but it was very badly packed in a box which bulged as the car seat was an odd shape. The car seat was loose in the box with no packing. Although the box was taped with "fragile tape" the box had come open. I was lucky the car seat appeared to be undamaged. Better care over packing please !

Easy to assemble, Lightweight, however sturdy. Both parts rock gently to get baby to sleep. Not been put into use yet as baby not due for another 6 weeks but pleased with purchase so far.

Staff are always so helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. We were able to make informed decisions and got all the products at a good price. Used them for my first baby and have just used them for my second. Highly recommend.

Delivery as and when needed. Price matched for main retailers as well as Internet retailers. Promised to refund anything we don't need in the future as long as it's fully boxed and unused. Would definitely recommend Just Kidding

Great experience with Just Kidding. I purchased the uppababy cruz pushchair and carrycot and maxicosi pebble plus car seat. They were the only place I found, after days of research, that had the colours I wanted in stock. Shilpa kept in regular contact with me via email regarding availability and answered all my questions quickly. I drove to the shop to collect and Shilpa loaded the car for me and even installed my car seat. Top notch service! All the girls there were really friendly and helpful and I will definitely be returning. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Purchased a Britax car seat from this company. My first choice of colour was out of stock but they immediately emailed me with other options or a refund. I chose to go with my second choice of colour which was delivered the very next working day. Great service and would not hesitate to recommend.
