i have recently purchased my daughter's icandy doll's pram Christmas present from Just Kidding and after being let down by another company I was really hesitating about ordering again, Just kidding have put my faith back into online ordering. I loved the fact they were a family run business and reading there previous reviews i was feeling confident. The day after we ordered we had a call offering us a Free Christmas Wrapping service that we was very delighted with, within 48 hours of ordering we had received our order and it was all beautifully wrapped. We also had a call after we had received our order asking if we was happy with the wrapping and our purchase. It is very rare that a company will call you offering a free service and calling after to check that you are happy. I rarely leave reviews on companies but this level of service was to high not to let everyone else know. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I certainly will be using them again Thanks Helen :)

item delivered within time frame. Got a phone call on the day to let me know what time the driver would be there, flexible with timings and driver very nice and helpful. Box was damaged so I opened to check item, he took cardboard away from me without me asking.

Item was verified over the phone within ten minutes of ordering online. Despatch notification was received and item was delivered within 24 hours. Service was excellent from the moment I placed my order.

The only store in London apart from John Lewis who arranged Tax Free shopping for non-residents. I phoned so many stores who couldn't help me. John Lewis didn't have stock of the products I needed. The staff at Just Kidding worked hard to source what I needed and did so successfully. They helped me pack everything for export. I couldn't possibly have wished for a better service. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to buy anything for the baby who wants expert advice with a personalised service to look no further than Just Kidding.

Ordered my pram excellent price cheaper than anywhere else at 8am lady rang me at 11 am to confirm delivery address and pram was delivered the next morning by the courier couldn't have asked for more definately recommend

We purchased a child's car seat from Just Kidding Online because they offered us the best price. It was delivered promptly with no problems at all. We weren't in on the day of delivery and they delivered it the following day without us needing to do anything. The customer service team were in contact throughout that period and were very prompt in responding to my emailed queries.

I bought oyster 2 pushchair, color pack and multi adaptors. I must say extremely satisfied with customer service. Ordered it wednesday evening and received on friday before 2 pm.. Cheapest price for 3 items. Just a happy bunny and deffo recommend.. :)

Went to just kidding via recommendation, it is a small shop based in nw9 and also online They do all the big brands at extremely competitive rates from boori to I candy to bugaboo etc However what really sets this shop miles apart from others is the customer service , advice and helpfulness you get from the advisors. Shilpa is a superstar not pushy, very open honest and not brand loyal so freedom of choice... I've never had customer service like this anywhere else and very much needed at a time like this.... I would go here over and above anywhere else for the great prices and best of all advice and customer service
