Not only did I save £45 on the mothercare price but it was delivered free of charge before 9am the next day, so impressed with the customer service, especially after initially being nervous it wasn't a real company because the price was so good!

We bought our car seat from Just Kidding for our grandson just over one year ago. We were given advice on fitting at the time and we have been very happy with the purchase. Two weeks ago we noticed a split in the seat cover and contacted Just Kidding to see if they could help. They did! They contacted the manfacturer on our behalf, explained the circumstances and arranged for us to receive a brand new cover by return. My husband and I didn't have a clue where to start when buying items for our first baby! Shilpa spent lots of time with us talking through the pros and cons of different items, which helped us to make informed decisions about what would be right for us. She gave us honest feedback and always came back to us when we had questions. It's been a fantastic experience and has made what could be a minefield of information and products clear and easy to digest, before we embark on the next chapter of our lives! Order a carseat to be shipped oversea. Checked that it can deliver to my country on the website. But after they took the money from my credit card, they say they cannot be delivered and refund me the amount in GBP. As a result I still need to bear the difference in forex due to their mistake and receive nothing. There are 3 issues here: 1. inaccurate description on the website. When you say you can deliver oversea but actually you can't . 2. Take my money before knowing whether you can / want to fulfill my order. 3. Stopped conversation after several email exchange without resolving the issue (which is to refund the difference amount i paid as a result of the shop's mistake). ************************************************* Response to the seller's reply on 11Oct2016 ************************************************* The seller made some mistakes in their reply to my review: 1). I have sent email on 24May and 30May which I have received no further reply from the seller. In case the seller miss the record, those emails were addressed to Hasmita Kerai, Neera Varsani, Shilpa Bathija, and Shikha Arya. 2). Due to the error of the seller's website, the seller fail to refund the full price I paid, despite full proof being admitted to them. They are only able to refund part of what I paid.

Ordered a new Quinny Zapp Extra 2 from this website. Cheapest price and free delivery. Phoned the store they were so helpful and told me my order was due to be dispatched on the Thursday and delivered on Friday which is was. Thank you. Will defiantly use this website again
