I bought a Britax B-dual buggy for a super good price from JustKidding and am very happy. I was worried as it was SUCH a good deal, but I needn't have been - the buggy came as described, on time and with great delivery service (kept me informed all the way). Like in some other reviews, there was a problem with the auto-match for my credit card details (which has never happened on any other website) so JustKidding asked me to supply more bank details by email. I said no, and they managed to process the payment by checking directly with my bank. Very happy to recommend.

Purchased icandy peach 3 cobalt & as it wasn't released when orderd i was able 2 do payment plan which is also good if u want a certain pram & need guarantee u it won't sell 2 some1 else in the meantime :-)) actually purchased my peach 2 there also which is y i took my custom bk there as was very satisfied with this baby shop & with 3 kids i have tryd a few but this 1 is the best :-))

The staff were extremely helpful - I called a few times with questions before going to the store and they gave me some good advice and they were just as friendly in the store. I bought a travel system and it was the cheapest price I found for this particular one. They arranged delivery for a time that suited me and it arrived exactly on time. There was a slight problem as they brought the wrong car seat but the driver went back to the warehouse and brought me the correct one straight away! Great service all round - will be going back!

Great service from start to finish with my order. First order with company so when my billing address was different to delivery address I was sent a letter with a security code on to confirm who I was. This is great to see from a security point of view and I was called to explain what was happening and then received an email to confirm when my product would be delivered. An overall great customer experience.

I recently order a pushchair, I have had to phone customer services a few times regarding this order as my account was never updated on its statues, company gave me dpd tracking number which seems to never be updated either but recieved item a day earlier then told so well chuffed and would use company again. Must say customer service were excellent

Placed an order last week with credit card, then the problem started when i gave them a delivery address different from the billing address, I was advised for security that a letter containing a code would be sent with instructions to ring them with the code to release my order. This was last week, to date no letter has arrive. ! but they have still taken my money, No idea whats happened to my order or goods

We ordered our buggy with justkidding as it was on an offer, making it almost half the price of many other retailers. It was delivered a day later, with email updates to let us know exactly when it would be with us. All round great service!
