We were looking to buy a travel system and due to an injury to my wife's arm, we needed it to be light, easy to fold and carry. The staff were very helpful and went through all the options with us and demonstrated each one in turn to my wife allowing her to try attaching/detaching the cot and car seat, folding and lifting the pram. 2 hours(!) later we had found the ideal pram and car seat combination, an Uppababy Vista (which.co.uk Best Buy) and Maxi Cosi Pebble, and we were offered a package deal that saved us over £100 when compared to John Lewis. I highly recommend the shop and the very helpful staff.

We were recommended to visit Just Kidding by friends who had highly praised the shop and the service provided. They were 100% right and since then we have recommended them to numerous people who have also encountered the same level of diligence. The staff who work there are attentive, extremely knowledgable and will spend as long as it takes to explain and demo each product to a worrying, very uncoordinated first time mother! Plus the shop is very reasonable price wise. The after sales service is literally second to none and they are always happy to help with any question or concern you may have. When the goods were delivered to our home Shika (an excellent member of their team) accompanied the driver and again personally explained and demonstrated how the buggy etc worked. It's good to see that shops like this still exist.... Outstanding!

Website was easy to use and the item was delivered quickly. Had an issue where the delivery driver couldn't find our house, but Sam at Just Kidding rang me and organised redelivery as well as some additional information to help the driver locate us. Great service, thank you.

I wasn't totally sure when I purchased as I generally only use websites I know and trust. I am happy to say that I would ass just kidding to that list. The car seat I bought was cheaper than all other stores and it arrived very quickly.

This is the first review I've written in years and its actually intended as advice for those who are about to have kids and need to prepare with all those things (that 'big shop'). My wife told me about Just Kidding after her friend recommended them, and we've been recommending to them (and Shilpa, the owner) to our family, friends and work colleagues. While expecting our first child in 2011, we made an appointment to see Shilpa at her shop and she spent the afternoon with us helping us choose everything - from the small (muslins, thermometer) to the larger items (furniture, car seat, pram), and everything in-between. She took the time to tell us what was necessary, what was optional, and what was worth spending a little more on. She also took the time to personally come to our home to fit the car seat, to make sure it was properly done. Now, more than two years later (2014) we returned to Shilpa as we are expecting our second child. Again the same attention to our needs, and talking through all choices to make sure that we buy what is best for us, and at great prices. Buying from a physical store, and with this attention to detail, I would've expected to pay more or at least the same prices as the major retailers (like John Lewis and Mamas & Papas); I'm a big believer in comparing prices and buying online - and indeed did compare Shilpa's prices online after we left the store. Well the most we paid at Just Kidding was the same as I could find online/in major stores, but for most things she gave us a discount so that most things we bought were cheaper than anywhere else. Also, and this is contrary to what a business owner should do, Shilpa would tell us if we could get something cheaper elsewhere - now that told me that I was dealing with someone who wants to help us rather than just sell us stuff! If you're expecting, then I highly recommend a visit to the shop in Kingsbury to see Shilpa for a few hours - after you finish there, all you need to do is wait for the delivery, buy some nappies, some clothes for the baby, and prepare the hospital bag - and you're pretty much done!

Very happy with purchase. Had to buy spare car seat cover as we'd lost some of the original bits. Found it easy to order & items turned up a few days later.

I had ordered the pacapod changing bag and was quite excited. However I received a call to say that prior to sending to me they had checked the zips and found issues. The lady was extremely apologetic and had already confirmed that there were shortage of stock of this item in the UK. I very much appreciated the honesty and concern of the quality of their stock I would look at purchasing from them again.

Great customer service, kind and friendly staff. There was a problem with delivery however the staff kept me informed and dealt with the problem in a professional manner minimizing stress. I would reccomend just kidding to all my friends.

On April 23, I bought a stroller and not yet delivered. I asked by email but never got an answer. I am very disappointed. I do not know if I will be delivered the stroller.

Bought a high chair and had a quick delivery. Also got a delivery slot so didn't have to wait the whole day for it!

When not being able to get the pushchair we needed for our imminent arriving twins, Just Kidding went above and beyond expectations to get us the pushchair that we needed. Communication through the whole process was excellent and things have been great from start to finish.

I haven't received my order yet but the team have been in constant contact with me to update me on the status. Would be better if website was clearer as had to call to check if pushchair came with rain cover and under seat bag. Luckily it did but would save time if listed clearer.

We ordered these online and they arrived within a couple of days - much more quickly than the advertised estimate. Well packaged and great product. We ordered two as we have two same height children moving up from the 5 point harness seats. They are quite easy to adjust (I can't quite do it one handed though!) and seem really comfy. Great side impact protection too - one if the best available. Would recommend company and product.
